I am actually sitting here right now. Not eating. Because they decided to tell us 20 minutes after ordering that the chicken for my meal was frozen. I could have ordered something I didn’t want to eat, and then waited another 20 minutes for the food to actually get ready… but I declined. They did offer to pack up an appetizer or a dessert to go, but again… would have to wait even longer for food I didn’t want. Never once did a manager walk over to speak to us, even after it was obvious that my bf was very upset.
