Server Astrid did a great job thoughout the meal; personable, quality checks, tbl manicured, drinks refilled. Food temps and quality great! “So freaking good! If your gluten free this place is made for you! It has so many options as well as a big vegan menu! Everything was so delicious. We got the bean and quinoa soup, fried guacamole palta fritas, jackfruit fajitas and the sweet potato noodle stir fry and the fried guacamole was so so good! “Had a $25 gift card that had the receipt and had never been used. They only could get it to work for $10.64. Had to wait while they tried to figure it out. I gave up and paid for it myself and went on. But they were not very nice and acted a little peeved that they had to mess with it.“

“We had dinner here tonight and the food was excellent. My kiddo who has celiac loved the cauliflower crust pizza. The staff take allergies seriously and have a separate oven, changed gloves, and used a new cutter to ensure his safety. We will be back!“

“The beat pizza! They do not skimp on toppings. I love the Shara Salad it’s raspberry vinaigrette with cranberries and walnuts. The grinders are made with fresh bread made in house. Highly recommend them for catering too!“

“I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. It was my fault for taking so long and she was worried about the fries getting cold. She went above the great service that they normally do. Thank you so much!“

“The location has great service, both fast and friendly. Food is always hot and fresh. The only quarrel I have is that almost every time I go I order a sweet tea and they always mess it up and give me unsweetened. It’s the one and only problem I’ve ever had though.“

“Have you not been to McAlister's? I'm so sorry! You need to fix that. I really can't stand subway, Goodcents is good but that's a different type of place. McAlisters sits on the fine-dining edge of delis. They offer high quality meats, cheeses , bread, and they offered in an upscale, casual environment compared to places like subway. The closest comparison to it would be something like San Francisco oven or Panera but I really like McAlister's better than both. Don't miss out on their tea, their sweet tea and unsweet tea is excellent! Sometimes I go just for a cup of tea and that is it. Also I always find that the staff at the points-of-sale are always very kind and accommodating, at every location, I don't know if they just have good luck with hiring people or if there's some kind of hiring standard that they hold to but the people are always great! That keeps me coming back too! It's one of those things that you'll find yourself craving at random times. I don't think there's one bad thing on the menu so pick freely and enjoy!“

“We loved this place and it happened to work out really well for our family. Unfortunately they do not have an allergy friendly menu and they no longer honor the Sunday kid meal deal. They now offer a different deal on Tuesday and Saturday. It’s disappointing that the company doesn’t still do it, but the only issue we had was there was nothing that said it was no longer an option.“

“The absolute best experience I've had at any Olive Garden. Our Server, whose name I didn't catch, was amazing. She checked up on us frequently and made sure everyone was ok. With it being a birthday group she truly made it feel personal.We ended up having another server grab extra soup because he heard a member of our group make a comment about the lack of chicken in one soup and a lack of gnocchi in the other! We had a good laugh and thanked him. “We had my son’s graduation party here last May. We had 23 people and had great service and food! We ordered a variety of food, some sushi and some hibachi. Every order was perfect! I was impressed! We eat here often and the service is always great and the food is delicious!“
