Super disappointed. We had an 8:30 pm reservation on April 17th for 6 people. We got there and everything was okay. Our server had long brown hair and took our drink orders two at a time so it took FOREVER. Half our table was finishing their first round by the time the second half ever got theirs. We finally all had our drinks by about 9:15 pm. She never asked for food orders. I had to flag her down and ask if we could order food. She took food orders for two of us, didn’t ask the other 4 if they wanted food, then took off and didn’t come back to the table. At about 9:40 she came back with my friends food and something we did not order. She had put in for chips and queso instead of cheesy tots? Not sure how you mess that up. She also dropped off a 1/4 order of the pickle fries we ordered and said “sorry, this is all we had left.” Why she didn’t tell us that and give us the opportunity to order something else? My sister (it was her bday party) ordered a pizza and they “dropped one slice.” Okay…. Dropped ONE Slice off a pizza pan??? Sure. We finally got our cheesy tots at 10 pm and she held them out too me to take, she refused to walk around the table to put them down in front of me. They burned my fingers. We immediately asked for our bills because we were done with this BS. She brought them out one at a time. At 10:15, 15 mins after we FINALLY got our food, the hostess comes up and informs my sister that their 10:30 reservation showed up early and they needed us to LEAVE IMMEDIATELY because they were full and there was nowhere to move us to or seat them. My sister very nicely told her only 3 of us had our bills. She told us to just hurry up because they needed to clean the table. We would not have been there for 2 hours if the waitress wasn’t incompetent. We were extremely nice and understanding the whole time because we have all worked in the service industry. We assumed she was new. But getting told to get out 15 mins after receiving our food because YOUR waitress sucks is SO rude. It was my sisters 30th birthday and between the 6 of us we spent around $250 (probably more, but I don’t know how much everyone spent. I spent $40 and only got one virgin drink and two appetizers. Everyone else got at least 2 drinks and multiple shots plus food). It’s disappointing because the food and drinks are ALWAYS AMAZING. But after how we were treated, we will not be back. If YOUR staff messes up orders and doesn’t do their jobs correctly, that’s on you. Not your customer. Do better.
