Staff is extremely rude, I was told order was ready at pickup when I arrived and waited almost 30 minutes and when I asked how much longer the staff said they had no idea and it wasn’t their problem it was taking so long. Do not recommend ever supporting this business.“

“Quick trip to Springfield for some milk tea; Rose & Brown Sugar Tiger Milk and Japanese cheesecake. The professionalism and communication they provided via Facebook prior to my trip exceeded all of today's "normal" communication standards. The team was welcoming & even allowed my daughter to try a few didn't bubble samples. I highly highly recommend!!“
