I had a bad experience with a coupon I wanted to use 1st talk to the employee who told me I could get 2 8 inch sandwiches free for my trouble and he even put it IN WRITING for the other employees,, but when I went back they did not honor it.. I talked to the manager ,the general manager , and then the owner Maggie Rothe and I received no help whatsoever. Maggie then went off on me told me I could call corporate and talk to them And continued yelling at me on the phone about how she was it's about how she was number one franchise in the area And basically went full Karen on me. All I really wanted was to be a repeat customer and get the sandwiches with the pepper bread that was advertised that I came in there for in the 1st place instead instead I left with a very bad feeling that I had been ripped off and then my claim that I had in writing was simply dismissed by everyone
Best Alfredo pasta and every time you walk in it smells like heaven

The absolute worst customer service I've had. When I called to ask where my food was (hour and after I placed it) I also asked about the free delivery code on the website because I didn't work when I put it in. I was told by the Manager that she just works at the store and doesn't run the website. I've been eating at this location for many years. I'll never go back.
