The fact u only get a potatoe and side salad w bread didn’t bother me bc the steak was perfection and the $ was good value. Don’t go for looks or ambience or sides. The question has been answered to where’s the meat , the MEAT is here and cooked right the smoky grill flame flavor can’t be beat.”

“I really love the idea behind this restaurant. It’s unique and special. I peeked in at the bakery, which looked amazing unto itself. You have to make reservations (one of two evening time slots). Upon arrival and being seated, the chef’s mother takes your drink orders then brings your beverages, and the chef herself takes your order herself. They are wonderful and friendly and extremely efficient. Constantly filling your water glasses and asking if you need anything. The Elderflower Bee’s Knees, Bourbon Sidecar, bread & whipped butter, Caesar salad, dinner salad with ranch, Catfish & Grits, strawberry shortcake dessert, and chocolate cake were nothing short of impressive. How they pull off being casual yet fancy & classy really left an impression on me. I would love to come back here again some time, for sure. Great date night.”

“Great atmosphere- all food we ordered was great, only one complaint- baked potato was shriveled up- looked to be nuked. Not not much potato in there when forking it. Other than that we really enjoyed ?”

“This building which used to be a golden coral and then Asian Buffet, which was owned by the family that owned (owns?) Peking further down hwy 45. Asian Buffet was my second job as a bus boy. I was 13 as it was the summer of 1999 and I needed to get my driving learners permit early so that I did not have to ride a bus for an hour to Caledonia from Mike Para road. Your food is good. Michael Gorum should have made them work and do extra cariculars. He still has a chance to do so unless they go to summer school I suppose. I mean, I broke the law to be able to go to work... since 13 isn't 14... oh and half plates of nachos are nice for those that know that we could generate electricity through non pottable water with potassium chloride in it and are 38 years old, are male, and played xylophone in Caledonia Mississippi's band and graduated in 2003.”

“We went to brunch on Sunday. The steak and eggs and grits and fish were very good. The staff including the owners are so down to earth. It's a vibe at the patio. You have to check this spot out or your missing out on a good time, good people, and awesome food.Parking: Lots of space”

“Congratulations to Chef Matthew and staff job well done. We had a 50th birthday party for my son in law in GA, and ordered the green beans. Previously I had attended a birthday party and the green beans were on the menu and THEY were Delicious absolutely delicious!!! I just had to have them. Chef Matthew took great care to make sure they would be prepared just right with instructions upon arrival. The food at MUW dining is so good that I could eat their daily. I've had people that attended wanted to know who did the green beans, that garlicy seasoning really was awesome.”

“We tried this restaurant for lunch. I had the chicken Picatta and my husband had the Chicken and Shrimp Pontchartrain. The food was excellent. We both enjoyed our meal (a lot of food for a reasonable price), service was good, and prices were reasonable. Definitely recommend.”

“For those unfamiliar, this is a mobile stand, not an establishment. So don't follow the location on google maps. Call ahead to find out where it's located for the day. Also don't use door dash or any other online ordering. I found that what is listed on them may not actually be available on site, so just order in person!”

“We came to 716 for some drinks before the Bandits game. The place is huge. TV's everywhere, and a whole wall which is a TV. There are 2 full bars that I saw. One upstairs and one downstairs. We had a few drinks at the upstairs bar. The place was hopping, but with such a big place, we had no problem getting a drink. The bartenders we're very friendly and attentive. I can't speak on the food as I didn't have any, but given this experience at the bar, I would be interested in trying 716 again for a sit down meal.”

“Five star eatery. Breakfast plate is not cooked to order and is served before coffee is ready. It's a minor thing but really makes a difference to a customer to have food and drink served at same time. Condiments, napkins and plastic are not located at tables but on a common table McDonald's style. That could be improved also so that dining inside experience is better than the fast food joints. The staff were nice, pleasant and warm which is super important. The house mocha hot was very good. I'll go back again. (With my own silverware)”

She engages with her customers and really makes you feel right at home on the side of this little Building on Main Street.Now the food? Great! The potato salad is some of the best I’ve had at any of these barbecue joints in town. The rib tips were seasoned well and perfectly tender, and those Fries were fresh and crispy. The homemade barbecue sauce was a perfect compliment to the meal, and the baked beans were great too. If you’re ever in Columbus, you might miss the place if You’re not looking for it, but the food Is delicious and the service is top-tier. You’ve got to check it out!!!!”

“Great catfish, black-eyed peas, cabbage, sweet potatoes, mac'n'cheese, meatloaf, fried chicken, and a lot of other dishes as well. Excellent spot to get traditional items that can be hard to find, such as chitlins, turkey necks, pork necks, and other home-cookin' staples. Pro tip: get there right when they open. They are very popular and only have a few parking spots. Also, you'll have to wait a while as the line can get long. If you're *really* late, they'll run out of items. Be aware, too, that the selection changes depending on what they make that day. Everyone there is EXTREMELY friendly! They are very kind people who love their customers! The restaurant is tiny -- a lot of people get their food to go.”

Mi Hacienda in Starkville has orange crush Margaritas which are excellent! This location doesn’t have them but their other margaritas are good.Vegetarian options: The only thing I would add to their menu is spinach and of course the orange crush margaritas. A Spinach entree is always a nice option to have.”

“Melanie makes my cakes for EVERY occasion and never misses a beat. Even when I am slow to responding (I’m a busy business owner) she will follow up and make sure I get my cake ordered on time. Customer service is out of this world! The cake hits every time - very flavorful, stays moist and keeps its taste days later (we went a week and a half after the event still eating it and it was still good )I have nothing but good things to say and will support Melanie in any and every endeavor she does. If she can’t make my cakes and cupcakes, I’d go without!”

“Excellent customer service! Delicious BBQ, Memphis style barbecue sauce, and many options for sides. Besides being known for their barbecue they have a nice sized menu with several other soul food type options. Everything I have ever had here is delicious! We prefer their barbecue here because they use a sweet barbecue sauce and some of the other local places use more of a North Carolina vinegar based sauce. They can also handle large to go orders, too! Small town atmosphere.”

“To me this place is strange and dark. Food is unique, chips are broken taco shells. It wasn't my favorite place but it has been a staple family owned restaurant in Columbus for decades. Many of our parents who are now grandparents and great grandparents went to this restaurant on dates. It has unique Mexican food, the food was good just unlike any other place I have been, it is worth going once if you have never been.”

“Ok, so we are staying in Columbus on a job from outta state. 1-22-22 My husband and I decided to look for BBQ. I was disappointed that you could not go inside because of their fear of covid, but, I was able to order and they brought it outside to me.I ordered a half rack of ribs, 1 pound of Brisket, and 1 pulled pork plate with potato salad and baked beans. Back home (South LA) we have a BBQ/Smokehouse we eat from and the brisket is the BEST Ive found so far! But... Glenns ribs are by FAR the BEST Ive had from a restaurant! The taste, the tenderness & I really like the bbq sauce! The brisket was ok. But like I said, once you taste one thats way better ...well... it is, what it is. I am not trying to sound rude or mean, just always love being honest. Someone else may think his is the BEST brisket and thats great! I hope they do!Brisket was $20. bucks a pound. I bought a pound plus a half of rack of ribs. (Ribs were $25. a slab)Now, the pulled pork? Excellent! Very well cooked & even better with the sauce! The baked beans... were the absolute BEST! I wished I had more! The potato salad, was really good too! All around, I give this place a 5 STAR and recommend them to anyone to try at least once! “I have been eating at WH my entire road tripping life. But this breakfast hibachi extravaganza has outdone themselves with this establishment. The service was friendly. The bathroom had a wait, but that’s on WH as a whole, not this joint. Our server’s standards were higher than our own when it came to our pecan waffle! Our server Jamya was exemplary and checked on us often without being a pest.The manager, if he passed our table, made it a point to ask if we were enjoying the food and thanking us for choosing them. I've been in much less crowded Applebee's with far far less efficiency.
