“The server was very personable, but my order was incorrect twice before I finally got my food. I had ordered a pecan waffle, but I was brought pecan-crusted chicken. I sent that back to the kitchen and was then brought chicken and waffles. I returned that to the kitchen and was finally brought the correct dish. Unfortunately, the other five guests were almost finished with their meals before I got mine. I was surprised when I was charged the full amount for my meal after all of the errors and was not offered a discount, free dessert, or any other amends.”

“I'm in town on business from Detroit and had a fantastic meal tonight. I had the appetizer grilled shrimp tacos, a cheeseburger with salt and pepper fries, Mac and cheese and bread pudding. “My wife and I were in a few weeks ago, and had a great meal (pizza) so we had ordered take out the following week. The take home pizza and salad were disappointing. The owner, Matthew Mangiamo reached out to us and apologized, and wanted to make things right by replacing the order. Today, we took him up on his invitation and enjoyed a fantastic meal. Chef Aaron and Mandy were professional, courteous and very attentive. The pizza was fabulous and the salad was perfect. The focaccia bread is delicious. We are very happy that our take home experience was not the norm. We will definitely be back to try some of the other menu items. Thank you so much for taking care of us.”

Mike will even check his catalog if I ask about a certain item or flavor, and I will see it in the store 2 weeks later. “when you walk into Mama's, you might not think much since it's just a counter and 2 small tables but from the smells coming out the kitchen and the friendly guy taking your order alone, you will already be excited to eat. I found Mama's maybe 4 weeks ago and we have been at least 8 times. everything is cooked fresh, it only takes about 15 minutes no matter what you order for your food to come out cooked perfectly and delicious. We have order a lot of different items on their extremely cheap menu and we havent found anything we didn't like. Definitely a weekly meal and no matter what you want from seafood to delicious hamburgers, this is the best place to eat in Gulfport”

When in the south for the very first time, we simply had to have some at least once, and they were perfect.As we found they're located within the casino building itself, we had to grab-and-go as we had our toddler with us. However, I have to give major kudos to the valets and casino staff at the front of the building. They were extremely friendly, helpful, professional, and accommodating in our wanting to get in, grab some, and bounce.Fantastic beignets, and absolutely wonderful people! “I can not say enough good things about this Captain Hooks. I come to Gulfport to visit family twice a year and this is an absolute must not miss each time I'm in town. I always get the shrimp poboy, fully dressed. The shrimp is perfectly fried and the bread is so nice and crusty on the outside but deliciously soft inside. The gumbo is probably the best I have ever tasted. In fact, I buy it cold so I can take it home put it in the freezer. The food is not the only reason I never fail to stop by. The folks who run the place are so nice and treat everyone with such courtesy. I highly recommend Captain Hooks”

“You really can't beat the classics sometimes. This facility was perfect for my 4yo's birthday party. You pay per child that attends the party and there are a lot of packages to choose from. The whole place was very clean. It never felt overcrowded. The pizza was fantastic, the souvenir cups and goody bags were great. I even opted for an in-house cake that was the perfect size and tasted just as good as it looked. The party helpers were informative and a great help throughout the afternoon. Almost every game was accessible for my child, and even the bigger kids had fun throughout the entire facility. I can see it being difficult to rack up points without a party package, but my experience left me feeling that I could return here even biweekly for a fun, easy night out and let my little one and rack up points that way. She had a great birthday, and I thank the staff tremendously for it.”

If you want a special treat on a hot day, visit Melissa's Ice Cream, you won't go wrong.Parking: Lots of free parking spaces right in front of the store.”

They are the bomb. Then like true love the coffee matches your body temperature and temperament and meets you right where you need to be. Like making love in a Chinatown alley, you don't care who's watching. “If it wasn't for Dyana Cramer, this review would've gone a lot differently. I made an order to be delivered to my husband by Feb 13. Today is Feb 19 and the cookies still weren't delivered. Checked the order and they somehow were being shipped from Tennessee and hadn't moved since Feb 13. I called the store in Gulfport, explained everything to Dyana and she was able to fix the issue within an hour and it wasn't even her store's fault!! She even personally brought my husband his cookies (he's quarantining so he couldn't pick them up). Thank you Dyana for turning a not so great experience into a wonderful one! I hope you get a raise!!”

It slowly fell apart because I cut it in half, which is optional, but I could have tried Guy Fieri’s hunch method and that probably could have worked better.Anyway, the burger itself was cooked to well done, but it wasn’t dry in the slightest. Other places around here somehow manage to cook burgers to not even a well done but to congratulations, but the cooks at this Mugshots do a burger skillfully.If I could make one change, I’d toast the buns just for a bit of texture, but otherwise, I can definitely see myself returning.I also tried the mozzarella cheese wedges, which had gooey cheese, a crisp coating that stuck, and a flavorful marinara sauce. I typically like a little more solid texture to my cheese, but these still hit the spot I needed them to.Also very nice that they offer a QR code on the receipt to pay your bill electronically.My server, Amanda, also knocks it out of the park on her service.
