Service is fast and they have lots of great options to personalize your entree. Pickup orders can be hit and miss on accuracy and timeliness depending on how busy the restaurant is. Overall, it’s a great spot to come in and grab a quick bite that is almost guaranteed to be good!
Cafe rio IS my favorite place to eat. But sadly, it’s gone down hill. I want to cry. DISGUSTING kitchen, HORRIBLE SERVICE, and the drink machine is nasty. A homeless man came into the store, and shat on the floor, while I was drinking my Horchata. ANDDDD, the staff did nothing about it, but record and make fun of me. Terrible service. I hope you all get fired!!
