We live way north in the flathead, so my first stop in Missoula is the Cracker barrel . I buy dumplings and Mac & cheese for a friend in a nursing facility. It makes his day .. then I come back and have dinner in my way home always enjoy the trip and the food .

We stopped with our kids to get a break from the road and was treated horribly by someone who claimed they worked there when it was closed bad business
It had been a while since we had visit good old CB and I forgot how much I actually love it! The Trout is every bit as delicious as I remember and we all enjoyed our entire meals. Plus! I got to pop over and browse the retail section which I love.The staff was great and I appreciated there were folks with differences working and doing a good job!Parking: Still open to overnight campers too.Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu
