ordered food tonight. When I called them, they were rude and acted like they knew where in lived when I tried telling them It might be difficult to find. I told them if I don't hear the knock for the delivery, to please leave my order outside. There was never a delivery nor a knock. As it stands now, I'm still being charged. If they would have just listened to me when I called them... but nope.
