I had planned to stop here on my way out of town, but instead had Drum Coffee at the Comfort Inn across the street! I was very impressed with the quality and taste of the coffee, and the astute business sense of supplying the local hotel. That's a great win-win! Now on my radar for future trips since Drum is right off the freeway. Highly recommended.

Sat in drive through for 20+ min with 1 car in front of me. Way to slow to keep pace with competitors in Missoula.

Great place, good espresso, knowledgable staff. They serve sparkling water on a side and they have some soft drinks, in their cooler.

Was recommended to come here, and it really was just mid. I had gotten a latte with a flavor and for nearly $6 it didn’t have a hint of the caramel flavoring, nor really had a coffee taste. It wasn’t bad but really wasn’t what I was expecting compared to other local places. What really was disappointing was how the barista acted when we didn’t leave a tip, practically slamming the window shut after verbally declining to leave a tip at this time. After this experience we are happy that we didn’t tip.Maybe I’ll visit the other location and sit down, but I don’t think I’ll be back at this one.

The coffee here used to be good, but now it sucks almost as much as palestine. Never coming back.

This was the first coffee shop I ever came to when visiting missoula, I would come here every time I'd visit. The last few times the chai I'd get was either straight water or just tasted really really bad. So uh, I guess i'm never coming back.

The people and the food is as good as the coffee here. Everything about Drum is on brand and it makes every visit feel genuine and unique. Personally, I think they have the best coffee in town and I've only had great interactions with staff. Add Drum Coffee Roasting to your list of local staples. Quality people, a local owner that gives back and a toasty local flavor that's sure to kick the base.

Drum Coffee Roasting is a terrific cafe serving expertly crafted coffees extracted from unique, thoughtfully sourced, and expertly roasted beans. Their service and hospitality is so friendly, positive and contageous and their small selection of rotating sweet and savory baked goods and breakfast items are absolutely delicious. And all of this in a quaint cafe setting with eclectic and clever decor and a soundtrack that reflects the passion of their co-founder. I highly recommend visiting Drum when you're in Missoula.

Do not miss the biscuits with butter and jelly. The best biscuits we've ever had. They only serve them Friday, Saturday and Sunday. One was plenty to start my day. Coffee was good. Staff is friendly and efficient. Great way to start our day.

The roasters do an amazing job here. I order coffee drum online through their subscription options, and they have a good selection of light roast African coffees, as well as a very, very high quality decaf that's unmatched. I drink a lot of decaf, and I'm so glad I found theirs! Even at specialty roasters the decafs are either very dark roast, or some variant of ethyl acetate decaffeination (like sugar process, which is the same chemically despite being 'natural'), but here it's high quality beans and very selective filter after the swiss water process.
