Great bakery, can’t believe everything was gluten free and vegan! It was nice knowing I could order anything and didn’t have to worry about substitutions!! Got a coffee, donut, and BLT and it was all good! The BLT was a little too salty for me but good. Overall loved it!

I'm not sure I would have known that my biscuits and gravy were vegetarian, if I didn't know before hand. Best veggie gravy I've ever had. The flavor and spices had a little kick to it, which I loved. The texture was even tricking me, I kept looking back at my plate like they had snuck in some pork sausage. Lol ? Nope, everything here is veggitarian and Gluten-free and GOOD!!! Sitting area is warm, relaxed and very inviting. They even have some board games in a cabinet so they won't be chasing you and your friends out. Sit back and enjoy your tea, coffee and friends. I even think my non veggie friends would like the food and drinks here. ?

Excellent baked goods! The operation manager is awesome. Great guy to have amazing conversations with. The atmosphere is bright with plenty of table space to hang out. They also do special events. Had a blast at game night tonight. You can even rent out the space for your own events.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options.

Traveling through and found this amazing little place. We ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches with sides of potatoes & a plate of biscuits and gravy to share. Everything was perfection. My teenage daughter kept repeating “this is the best sandwich I’ve had in my life”. We left with a dozen pastries and a loaf of bread. How great is it that everything is delicious, vegan and gluten free?! Stop what you are doing and go there now! Don’t wait. You won’t regret it. Decent food and good atmosphere but the food was quite expensive. 3 dollars for possibly the smallest doughnut I’ve ever seen? No thanks! Just because it’s vegan and gluten free doesn’t mean you should charge 200%. We live in Missoula not Bushwick.

My family and i are visiting from out of town and my wife has celiac disease so we were really excited to try this place out. The food was excellent but I’m only giving two stars because our experience was completely marred by the service we received from the tall cashier with a big beard and glasses (unfortunately did not catch his name). He was incredibly impatient with each member of my party and when I went back up to the counter to ask for a latte, he rolled his eyes and goes “small? Large?” as though I were an idiot for not specifying in the first place. I truly wish I had at that point said never mind and walked out, not giving him another dollar of my business. I don’t know when we’ll be back in Missoula, but I can guarantee I won’t be returning to Tandem, all thanks to his poor attitude and awful customer service. After posting this review, I’m stunned to discover several other customers who have posted reviews with this same experience. Management gave a piss-poor excuse that “everyone has bad days” or “lives outside of work?” Let’s be real here - if I spoke to my clients like this employee speaks to so many customers, I wouldn’t have a job. It’s sad to see that management clearly does not care that he is costing them business.
