“Got my heart set on the bison filet, only to find out they were fresh out. Got the halibut instead, cause I really don’t go for beefsteaks from steakhouses as I can usually source and prep a better cut. The halibut was good, but not the best presentation of halibut that I’ve tasted. I’ll come back and try for that bison filet again, but I won’t try a third time if it’s MIA again.“

“Not only do we love Conflux on a day to day basis, but we loved them so much we hired them for our wedding day! The food was AMAZING and had all of our guests so excited and happy. Their catering menu is very extensive and we got to have exactly what we wanted. In fact, when I ordered the chicken I wasn't expecting entire chicken legs and breasts! The mac and cheese was over the top great and I heard all about how amazing the charcuterie board that spanned an entire table was (we were off taking pictures and unfortunately did not get to enjoy). We LOVED having Conflux there and would recommend highly if you're looking for great catering.“

“We came here on the recommendation of a friend and are so glad we did!The fish tacos are probably the best in Missoula. Fresh, good flavors and large portions. The happy hour mac & cheese is to die for. Again probably the best in town. Super creamy and full of flavor with some nice crunchy bread crumbs on top. “Enticed by the fabulous smells coming out of the open door, a friend of mine and I stopped here for lunch. The menu is simple but interesting, kind of like fast food but not really. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. They did not have nachos which is my go-to dish, however, they said they could create a nacho like bowl with chips on the side. I chose to go meatless with black beans, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and rice. It was okay but something was missing. After my second bite I went up to the counter and literally said these are good but something is missing. The wonderful young man said try this and handed me a little plastic cup full of a creamy looking white sauce. I tentatively dipped a bit of my bean and veggie concoction into the dip and my taste buds exploded! Kudos to the creator of the white sauce as it was delicious! I dumped the whole little container over my veggie bowl, mixed it well, scooped some on a chip and pigged out! In addition to the excellent food, they have Huckleberry flavored bottled water!“

“The Montana Club is our favorite restaurant to go for special occasions and dinner after ballet class/recitals. They’re kid friendly, have a great atmosphere in the bar (also allows kiddos for dinner in the bar area), and wonderful about making accommodations. The atrium is another fun spot to sit. The main dining room has plenty of booths and tables that can be joined for groups. Their menu offers a variety of options. Pasta’s, salads, steaks, and seafood all turn out amazing. Their lobster fest is fun. It’s definitely worth the wait and money to attend lobster fest and get fresh lobster. They have the best ranch in town, too.“

My mash potatoes didn’t have any red skin and they served more sour cream than the mash potato itself . Burnt ends and bread pudding were excellent. Shrimp was ok . All sauces were up to the standard.“
