“This place has fried chicken, along with a fried seafood selection.For me, I usually order the scallop platter which comes with fries and hush puppies. I order rice instead of fries.Since it is also a Chinese-American restaurant, I still order my house special lo mein (no vegetables) with a side of teriyaki chicken sticks.The fried wontons are really good also.“

“Not many places in this area that offer Chinese food. Hungry Panda is the best in the OBX area and the cleanest with a 99 rating by the County Health Department. Portions are plentiful and flavorful. We enjoyed the complementary Fortune Cookies and purchased Almond Cookies for our late night snack attack. Great place to come for a local Asian cuisine.Parking: Parking is conveniently located directly in front of the building and on the side.“
