“The first time I went here I was confused about it being seafood it was a Saturday. It was just fish but we came back and there was crab shrimp fried oysters clam chowder and fish. The food was was so good and you have to come early because people pile in early. The service was good.“

“My wife and I tried this place for the first time tonight and we'll definitely be back. I had the shrimp and grits and she had the fried shrimp and baked potato. Both were awesome, though the shrimp and grits had too much sauce for my liking. I also had the small house salad. We both brought a lot home in to go boxes. Excellent value for the money as well.“

“I was traveling for work and decided to get some lunch near the training center. The wait time was minimal before my order was taken. I was greeted when I walked in. The restaurant is inside a convenient store but don't let that deter you. My order was approximately ready 7 minutes after placing my order. I ordered the oxtails, cabbage, rice and beans with plantains. I also ordered the jerk chicken for my dinner with the same sides. The food was very delicious. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor and the seasoning was perfect for me. The portions were nice and I didn't mind paying their prices. “I know it does not look much one the outside but OMG!!! The food and service was on point!! The crab legs and crawfish were cooked to perfection and was absolutely amazing!! Umami was a result of a google search for my husband and I and we will be going back and bringing people with us!!!“

“This place will surprise you! My wife and I have been there about 4 times. I must admit we were skeptical the first time walking up to the door at around 10pm, but where else are you going to get great food after 9pm? We’ve only been on Friday and Saturday nights, and we have never been disappointed. The food is far better than any sports bar I’ve been to. The wings, fried mushrooms and salads are very good. Just as good, or maybe a little better than Hooter’s and Buffalo Wild Wings. The service has always been prompt and friendly. The 2 ladies who served us on the several times we have visited are awesome and we just loved them! Even on the weekend just before Halloween, at their busiest time they were on point, prompt and friendly. We probably look a little bit strange to be here that late in the evening at our age (mid/late 40’s), but we’ve always enjoyed our food and very pleased with the friendly service and accuracy of our orders.“
