This is the most unprofessional and nasty place to eat/order in Jacksonville!!! In addtion the service is HORRIABLE, and their very rude...before attempting to run a business here, you should first learn english and then customer service!!! They forgot they are the ones providing a service, and they need us to buy from them!!! Don't waste your money or time here!!! #ThisPlaceShouldBeSHUTDOWN

We waited for an hour and fifteen minutes after we ordered our delivery to call and ask about it. They told us the delivery driver was on the way. Waited thirty more minutes and called back to just cancel because it had almost been two hours since we ordered but they refused to cancel our order and give us a refund. We demanded it again and they said no!!! The delivery driver finally showed but our food was cold and the fried wontons were chewy. We will be disputing the charge we received from them since we didn't want the food anymore and the food they gave us was not what we ordered. Avoid the,!
