“Every time we come to town, we make a stop (or two) at Mimi and Papa’s. It’s been 6 months since I was last here, and Jordan remembered me as soon as I walked in today. This is a very sweet family with a spirit of excellence. The ice cream and popcorn are outstanding and reasonably priced. It’s icing on the cake to support a family-owned business! Can’t say enough good about this hidden treasure!!!“

She made the perfect sundae especially for them, and shared her story with us! Go support this local business, you won’t be disappointed!! “I’m not from Leland but visit my daughter occasionally. Each time I have been here the young folks working here are extremely polite and helpful. Tonight they met me at the door and opened it, asked if they could help and treated each other with the same respect. Yogurt great, too!“

“Milly's serves Hershey's hard ice cream and Dole soft serve. The venue is super clean and the staff was very very friendly. Prices were reasonable as the size of a single scoop is tremendous so be aware of that as you may end up with more than you bargained for... But what the hell it is ice cream ? and good premium ice cream at that... Not gooey or gummy like some other ice creams. Give it a try you will not regret it!“

The customer service gets an A+It was very refreshing to actually experience such a joyfull staff.This is by far my favorite location.- Keecha AParking: Very convenient parking. The outdoor seating was also an option. This is definitely a place that's comfortable for a large group event, as well as an outing with the family.“

“Came in with a group. Gelato was good. Someone in our group ordered an affogato which wasn’t very good (wouldn’t recommend getting it w vegan gelato, and affogato doesn’t traditionally use additional milk). However the staff was very friendly and accommodating and made a lovely replacement without issue. Gelato was great and atmosphere was charming!“

“Great place to go after lunch or a long day! They have a wide variety of milkshakes, masons, flavors and toppings. You can mix and match, and for a good price! The reason they charge a little more is for their signature jars which the masons come in, which you are able to take home! The service was good, and efficient. You could tell they were working hard in the back. The atmosphere was great with paintings of Wilmington attractions. Overall, great place! I’m not sure where people are getting that “milkshakes taste like charcoal, gasoline, and gunpowder” but they don’t. Highly recommend if on vacation!“

“A chocoholics paradise! Busy at weekends but quiet during the week. I spent more than planned on fudge as it’s so delicious!I highly recommend the Maple & Pecan fudge, the Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel fudge and the German style with Coconut. Also where else can you find a Chocolate Dino on a Scooter filled with peanut butter?! They carry all the yummy treats, icecream fudge, caramel apples and more! Everything is displayed super nice and the staff is outstanding.
