Very last time going to McDonald's! Rude and disrespectful. I went to this location a couple hrs ago. Girl at the window told me to pull up and wait for them to bring me a cup of ice, no cars behind me BTW. Then proceeded to yell at the nice young man at the first window who told me to ask at the 2nd window for the ice. So I politely called asked to speak with a manager, asked the manage who I was speaking with she refused to give me her name lol.... then got rude so I can honestly say I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO MCDONALD'S........ who trains these disrespectful ppl, I'm curious..........

Usually the service is decent, but on this day, everyone was unhappy and the staff were rude. They messed up my order twice. And it was just a kids hamburger happy meal. They kept giving me a cheese burger. The one I sent back, they brought it back out and you could tell they tried to scrape the cheese off. I explained it was an allergy and had to take it back again and explained there can't be even a trace because of allergy. They gave me an attitude and were rude. So, if you have a gluten or dairy allergy, go to a different McDee's

The service was terrible and the staff is so mean. The cashier gave my order to the car in front of me and then gave me someone else's food and shut the window immediately. When I tried to tell her my food was wrong she ignored me at the window and then got mad because she was wrong.

Every time I come to this location they aren’t doing smoothies, shakes, or frappe's at any time. It doesn’t matter what time it is they NEVER do them I don’t think I’ve ever successfully actually got one here. I always just go to the one on village road. Customer service and everything use to be so good here but within the last year it really has went down hill.

My experience with McDonald's has always been not the best. But today I had a very nice employee to help me. Her name is Charelle. She was positive, joyful, friendly & always smiling. To the manager.......You better keep her. They are hard to find. And it would not hurt to give a little raise. Thank you Charelle for a positive experience!!

The manager tells me “How about I push them glasses back up on your head” The staff at night is so unfriendly and all they care about is being on their phones, making their own ice creams, food and cursing at each other in front of customers.
