What has happened to this place? We used to come here pretty much weekly when we lived here a few years ago and we loved it. Was in the area today and stopped and it was such a disappointment. Took 30min for 3 burgers and there were only a few other patrons. Burgers were dry and bread seemed old. Not only that, when you order a 4 oz burger … they cut a cooked 8oz in half and put it on the bun so there’s only half a patty on a full size bun. Since when did they start doing that? Employee told us as long as she can remember but I have always ordered a 4oz and they have never made it like they did today. Who wants to bite into a burger and it’s only bread for half the burger? Makes no sense. We will not be back that’s for sure!

Idk when pts started doing this, but its complete laziness and Ive never seen this before. They take an 8oz burger and cut it in half after cooking it, to make your 4oz burger. Half of your burger is nothing but bread to eat. If thats what you're into, have at it.

Went yesterday and ordered to go. Waited half hr just to find out my order had been completed but just siting there and no one bring it out! Got lemonade but it wasn't good was almost just water. Burger was way under cooked and portion of French fries was very small ( half amount of happy meal fries) was very dissatisfied

The fries are delicious The ingredients are very fresh The staff provided exceptional service despite being short staffed We were there on 4-15-24 and a shout out to the blonde girl behind register and the young man that went around the tables to see if anyone needed anything

I have been going to this location for years and have loved it, but it's gone downhill. My last visit I watched an employee answer the phone with gloves on, walking around with phone in one hand, scratching his balls with other gloved hand and then proceeded to walk to prep station with phone still in hand and pick up cheese with his gloved,ball- scratching hand and lay the cheese on the cutting board and still talking on phone. I've witnessed A LOT of employee hygiene questionable moments and that one moment was the one that got me. I try to go back but will never be able to get that image out of my head. The business also closes whenever they want, forget the posted hours.

I don't think I've ever posted a negative restaurant review here. We love the food, when we can get it? This place is sporadically closed- we've arrived no less than 4 occasions to find the doors locked with the hours posted as open. This is not including holidays or days when one might expect a potential closure. Once, there was a sign letting people know. Today, and on the other days, no explanation. I've driven out of my way to come here so it's just been an inconvenience and disappointment. Wish they could communicate their hours in a more organized fashion!

9 months ago we visited and my hot dog was delicious. Today we went back and had a horrible experience. My hamburger was raw. I ended up having a hot dog but by then I had fries and had been in raw burger juice and were semi-cold. They replaced my hamburger with a hot dog which was fine. The cook did personally come and apologize for the undercooked burger. Also, the floor was incredibly slippery with grease and rain. We had to be very careful walking step by step. Bathrooms were a mess. My husband said the hand towels in the men's room were in the floor and wet from urine. I'm not sure what's happened to management or ownership, but we won't be coming back.

I was kinda scared to eat my food because the cooks wear makeup, fake eyelashes, fake nails (half of which were missing) and no hat. Then didn't use an ice scoop, just went in with a cup with nasty nails. I don't care that the wear open toe shoes, that's on them but I counted 6 health violations just from being rang up The food is good so I think I'll try a different location. The owner should be concerned however, that his cooks could cause the score to go down almost a whole letter just on hygienic and uniform violations. This is an easy fix.
