“Unfortunately, I had to give this location 4 stars when comparing it to other CFAs in the surrounding area. The food was good as usual. The location was very clean as well. However, the service fell short in comparison to other locations as I had a longer wait than usual before someone even said anything to me. I was the only one in line as well (7:30 at night). Not even a "my pleasure" ? I know how CFA is about their standards compared to other quick service food chains. This won't deter me from coming to this location again though, but hoping this helps this one continue to grow as it's in a prime spot for the growth in the area.“
“This is the best Chick-fil-A in the triangle. The intersection gets busy and can be tough to not feel overwhelmed but the lines move quick and service fast. “I requested extra pickles the cashier didn't advise of .40 additional charge for 3 extra pickles. I don't mind the charge but I do expect to be advised of charge before the order is complete.As this was in a food court so there was no way to see small print on menu.“
“I've been to this Chick-fil-a, and overall the environment, the staff, and the food is the GOAT(masterpiece). The staff there is always, always professional, and always have a good attitude, and I still love that Chick-fil-a food. I know the lines at the drive thru get long during lunch, but for me if they get long I just eat at home, and I come back to Chick-fil-a when it is not crowded. I also love their fresh Coca-Cola at Chick-fil-a. Yes I'll be coming back again sometimes.“

“Love this Chick-fil-A! This one is pretty close to where I work. The speed of their drive-thru allows me to grab my food and get back to work on time! I never have to worry about getting stuck in long drive-thru line when it comes to Chick-fil-A.“

“Came here today for the first time because my usual chick fil a is closed for renovations. I did the curbside pick up, which I was a bit nervous about since this location is in a busy mall food court. Turns out, my concerns were unwarranted. I pulled up, let them know I was there by a simple push of a button, and within 5 mins, my food arrived at my door. The woman who dropped it off was very nice, and my food was obviously prepared fresh for me. My fiancé and I both agree this might have been one of the best chick fil a spicy chicken sandwiches we’ve ever had. We look forward to our next visit.“
“I don't come to this Chick-fil-A that much at north hills because it's pretty far and I go to the ones that are closer, and this place same as for the other chickfilas are perfect. I love the service because they're nice, but sometimes they're pretty slow, but I still respect their hard work that they're taking their time which is a good start. Yes I'll be back to eat there.“

“If you frequent Chick fil A across the country as I do, you tend to spot when things aren't as good as others... The one thing that I can't say I like is the way they have a little driveway that leads to a dead end parking lot just before the drive thru that throws you off. If you don't read the little sign that says parking you're gonna fall for it.You'll end up in that parking lot and have to turn around and go to the next driveway to hit the drive thru...The staff seems a little slower at their job too and doesn't acknowledge you in the mobile order lane until your order comes up, Meaning you're order may be taking a while but the people behind you have to wait for theirs until you're told to move to the holding spots. I'll still use this location they do try, just beware of which entrance is which. LOL“
“Best fast-food place around here. The employees are extremely nice and always meet your needs. The food is great, and always ready in less than 5 minutes. And that applies even if the drive-thru line is long. They're efficient and deliver your food to you with a smile. If you have the app and collect points throughout time, you can get yourself free food every now and then. Definitely recommend.“
