Got my order wrong twice which normally doesn't happen when I come here. Everyone's pretty nice but I don't think they understood what I was saying as far as my order goes.
How is the food stale at 6am? The bagel was hard as a rock, the food was barely warm. The donut had clearly been baked elsewhere and either frozen or refrigerated. Dunkin needs to fix their entire food matrix. Too expensive for this.

I dont know whats going on with Dunkin Donuts in the area recently but I am constantly having to have my drink remade and each time they look at me like im asking them to go to the ends of the earth for me. When I simply just want my order made correctly which I know is possible at this location because it has been done in the past. Even when you ask them to remake it they just pour the drink you sent back into another cup and try to get by correcting it that way. I dont care...read full review
