Find me a cinnamon roll more ooey and goeey. There isn't one! Nothing is worse than a dry, crunchy cinnamon roll but that won't be an issue here! The dough is perfect! The cinnamon flavor is even throughout. It's just- chef's kiss! We also had their breakfast sandwiches which were both good. They came on burger buns which I didn't expect. They were good but I think a bagel would have made them better. I appreciated the vegan and vegetarian options they had as well! You don't typically see that at smaller establishments so that was really nice. The only reason I would take 1 star off is it looks a little rundown and the service could have been friendlier but the food outweighs that!

10/10 cinnamon roll. It is the perfect balance of tender, chewy, soft, and flavorful. Wow. The roll was heavy. Just perfection. Would go out of my way to come here when I want a cinnamon roll.

We stopped in for a late breakfast on a Saturday (11am). It was our first time visiting even though we live 1 mile away. We just don’t come to this side of town often.We were greeted promptly when we walked in. Ordered sandwiches and tots with one cinnamon roll. She told us it would be 8-10 mins on the roll. That it was coming out of the oven now.The food was out in 5 minutes. We sat at the high top and enjoyed it. Fresh and filling. About 5 minutes after our breakfast arrived they brought out our cinnamon roll.I appreciate honest expectations and prompt service. These guys hit all of the marks for a quick breakfast bite!

My daughter and I have been on the hunt to try new places to eat. We had just finished a 3 mile hike around Shelley Lake Park not too far away, and our first 2 choices had really long waits. So we found this cute little place to check out. There's indoor and outdoor seating. It's a small place at the end of a block of stores in a shopping center with lots of businesses. We were greeted by the staff as soon as we walked in the door. It smells so good in there. The young lady who waited on us at the register was awesome. She had great suggestions and was so passionate about the food. It's a small menu, but great selections. We both ordered the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. All sandwiches are served on a Hawaiian Roll, which is so exciting. You can pick how you want your egg, type of cheese and add to your sandwich however you want. We of course ordered the cinnamon rolls. She ordered the original and I ordered the special roll of the month, dark chocolate pretzel. Everything was so delicious and so fresh. I brought a jar of Midwest Red jam to add to my sandwich, and yummy!! I highly recommend this cute little place for breakfast or lunch!! They also have burgers and other sandwiches.

Morning Rolls is amazing! It’s the only place I think of when I am craving a cinnamon roll. Plus the tater tots are delish. The team puts tons of effort into creating their rolls ❤️ I will be back to pick up rolls for my friends.

Morning roll has very good cinnamon rolls, specials every month that never disappoint, and GREAT sandwiches. My personal favorite is the bacon, egg & cheese Bfast sandwich- all this to say I cannot recommend you to stop in this place enough!!
