Pizza Hut in Raleigh

“I received an offer on my phone so I thought I’m on vacation I will try. Usually every PH is different. This by far had complete 5 stars from beginning to finish. I ordered for pickup 30 minutes prior to closing. Female employee brought order out was so nice wasn’t angry because late ordering. She was the best I. The 5 minutes I knew her. Pizza- perfect amount of toppings and dough was spot on and I need to remind you 30 minutes prior to closing.8/9/23“

“I love pizza hut pizza. Noone else in my family does. They prefer the other guy. So in my rare opp for only me pizza, I order the hut. Today I ordered a single pizza for myself. The total was $38. Just for me. One pizza. Thirty eight dollars. Pizza Hut is now dead to me.“

“I grew up on Pizza Hut from a Youth and it wasstill good then too. One Problem i wanted to address one concern is MORE CHEESE on it PLZ.I order a medium pizza on Friday. I have NO Complaints and this is a good location for a Pizza Hut I been coming for decades still will come thorough. Thanks!“

“Edited to add on 10/12/23:I couldn't find a survey link at the bottom of my receipts but I just want to say that I experienced the most personable person ever last night, Tiana, as she looked me in the eye and smiled when she greeted me and spoke with me and got me my order. Order. She told me my pizza looked particularly good which made us look even more forward to our dinner. I always have a good experience at this Pizza Hut curbside window and last night was no exception, thank you for having such great service!“

“Today, my pizza was never delivered. I called the store to politely enquire about the status, they put me on hold and then the line dropped. Update:The driver left the pizza in the wild and posted the picture that I'm attaching to this review. The caption read: "the pizza was left in a safe place". The audacity lol. I think they took non contact delivery far too literally.Update 2:A few days later, James, the manager, contacted me. He handled the issue very professionally and made things right. The delivery fiasco is to be attributed to Door Dash. They do a terrible job and it is unfortunate that Pizza Hut outsource their (some?) deliveries to them. 5 stars for James.“

“Love this store. Pizza Hut was never our favorite as a family but this store changes our mind. They are always polite, quick and make great pizzas. “I have not had "The Hut" in many years but I was craving a personal pan pizza. I think it was because of watching David Chang's cooking show on Netflix (they put caviar on a Pizza Hut pizza!) and kept saying that "No one out pizzas the Hut." The store was nearly empty but the manager greeted me quickly and was very friendly. I ordered the pepperoni pan and was told it would be ready in about 15 minutes. It was and I took it to go. Got home and had one of the best pan pizza l can remember. I understand that this restaurant is under new management and I sincerely hope they do well. I don't know what they were previously like but I am impressed with what they're doing now. If you're like me and haven't been to The Hut for years, give them a try. I'm not being paid for this review, I totally support local places (I love Tony's!) but I was so surprised and impressed that I had to post this.“

“I had a interview from the establishment the employees try their best and always working hard but there is always those employees that show no loyalty to the company so it’s hard to keep man power so I understand some of the reviews but thank you Pizza Hut those employees who come into work everyday ?“
