“Very delicious food. Always.“

“Hands down, my favorite pizza in Raleigh. Pizza seems authentic, with both thin crust, and the coveted square thick crust. I prefer thin, and my partner prefers square. Cool, low key, and casual vibes. The staff are down to earth and helpful with a bit of an edge encouraged of any respectable and legitimate pizza place. We usually pickup, however, it's great for an easy date night, pre-concert, game, or name your outing. The wine is great, nothing pretentious, just quality. And the pizza is something you'd expect from somewhere renowned for pizza (I dare not mention any city or else someone will throw tomatoes at me). All in all, one of our favorite places in the Triangle.“

“This place is a hidden gem. The food was so good. I ordered the buratta, and the surprising twist was that it had drizzles of honey on the plate. I have never had burrata with honey, and I loved it. I had the carbonata with chicken, and it was a huge portion that I ate on for at least 2 days. It was delicious and flavorful with good pieces of bacon that were not lost within the pasta and sauce. Will definitely be back to try more items.“

“Everything was better than we anticipated or expected. Very happy and I loved the eggplant entree especially the sauce. I asked for a red wine recommendation based on one I liked and even though the waitress didn't know the answer right away, she asked someone and came back with two tasters for me to try! “Great food. We tried the most loyal pizza (large). It tasted very fresh. However, I would appreciate if they had a medium size pizza also. They only have two sizes: small and large. Small pizza is a bit too small if you want to share with another person. We also tried cauliflower and chicken wings as appetizers. Both of the items were really tasty.The staff were friendly and provided good service.The atmosphere was very nice. We sat outside. They have nice decorations and seating arrangements there. There is plenty of free parking on the street.I highly recommend this place for couples and large group of people.“

“Chow now more like chow later.Ordered food at 6:08pm on Friday. Was told 25-30 minutes according to online ordering/chow now.Once ordered new time was 1 hour and 20!!!Don’t trust chow now.Restaurant was willing to cover the order without me asking. Kudos to them. “The employees, from hostess to waitress, were polite and paid attention to the things we needed. They were quick; the food was fantastic, and the price was reasonable! I live close to a different Mellow Mushroom in another town and this one had a much funkier and cooler atmosphere. Super glad we chose to eat here!Parking: You pulled right up to the side of the building without any trouble. Even though we were not in need of special assistance, I did notice that the place was reasonably handicapped accessible.Kid-friendliness: The host is provided crayons and drawing sheets with images on them for the kids to color. The tables were big enough to support everyone and our messiness. The kids also loved the big mushrooms outside.“

“I normally don’t do foodie posts, but this San Franciscan has found a fabulous little Italian hole in the wall restaurant! The garlic knots were insanely good, hot, and served with marinara. My Farmaggio calzone was not too greasy and scored to allow the cheese to ooze through. The bread was brushed in a buttery garlic glaze that made it crisp but not overly buttery. It’s been two years since I tasted Italian this good! I cannot wait to try their lasagna, Penne all’s Vodka and tiramisu!!!“

“We love Wakefield tavern! The food is always delicious, the service is consistently great, and the atmosphere is always upbeat. We bring our kids so it's definitely family friendly. My reason for only 4 stars is that since we are a larger family, we are often put in the huge corner booth that has missing filling in the cushions, so you are sinking into the wooden base and it's really not comfortable.“

“Robert told me this pizzeria is under new management with big Pat. Guys it is night and day the difference. I work at the airport and they are the only ones that will come out here!! Their pizza is the best no doubt about it!! Try them out again. Their wings are better than Buffalo Wild Wings.“

“I saw this place on door dash and wanted to visit for a while. It was definitely better than I expected! I didn't realize they had so many options. I got the three cheese manicotti and it was delicious and well made. The amount of sauce and cheese was perfect and they have parmesan on the tables as well. The bread was outstanding, soft with a crispy crust. The sweet tea does have a lemony flavor which I enjoyed but I know not everyone might. My friend ordered the baked ziti and had no issues. Definitely give it a try!“

“Big shout out to Kundai in “Meats” for going above and beyond me and my family was on a hunt for skirt steak and we couldn’t find it no where. We called Wegmans and spoke with Kundai and he said they had 6 left and when we got here it was only 3. We needed all 6 and more if they had. He went to the back out with more for us. Thanks to him. My family will eat good tonight with some fresh Skirt steak“

“I found V Pizza in 2020 during COVID when I was new to Raleigh and fell in love with the food. I have never been disappointed with anything that I've purchased. I've had the pizza, stromboli, wings, and tiramisu. All were amazing. On top of the food,, they give back to the community and treat their employees like family. What more can you ask for?“

Parking can be limited at times so watch if they are busy. Restaurant right next door, and they have QR codes on the tables so you order and they will deliver the food right over. I've always gotten the Italian dressing for my side salad. Last night I tried the blue cheese dressing. I hope the owner(s) read this, it was a huge mistake. It not only didn't have any blue cheese crumbles, it tasted nothing like blue cheese. Please don't read this and decide to not go there because the food is excellent as is the Italian salad dressing. “Great pizza place. The menu has a good selection of food including wings, pizza, salad, and pasta. The waiting times usually aren't that long, depending on how busy it is. Waiters are usually nice and welcoming. Nice atmosphere, makes you feel cozy and lets you enjoy your dinner. Some foods can be overpriced. Our waiter was kind enough to give us recommendations. I recommend this restaurant. Good place.“

“This place is incredible! I had the Dante's Inferno pizza which was probably the best I've ever had. Not only was it spicy, but it had several different kinds of spice. They also made a specialty drink for the film I'm in called, "The Blind Date," which incorporated a small light in the actual drink! But the best part of all was the seemingly ENDLESS cheese strand in their calzones. It was the closest thing to tasting Heaven I've had in a while. “Was in Raleigh and was looking for a slice of pizza. Found this on Google map. Across from NC State campus. A little busy, but service was pretty quick. Got only one slice. Pepperoni and Mushroom. Crist was thin. There was enough cheese and toppings to make it worthwhile. Big and good. There is a lot of selection. Definitely worth the trip.Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza and garlic knots.“

“Rudinos was one of my favorite places to grab lunch when I first moved to the area over 20 years ago, and they were very popular, with multiple locations in the area.Sadly, I guess people moved on, because lots of their locations near me are gone, and the 2 times I've made the trip to this location to grab lunch in the past year, they were practically empty :(The food is still really good (even though they put less meat on their sandwiches than they used to).I hope there are other times where they are busy, because I would hate to see this location close down too :(I'll be in the area a little more often in the future, so I'll be sure to come grab a sandwich when I'm nearby.(also their pizza used to be amazing - not sure how it is now, but it's pizza - kinda hard to screw that up, so I'm assuming it's still good)“

“This is my first time here, and it was pretty short staffed. The environment and place is clean by the way. The guy at the counter is chill like some other places. It's smart and awesome that this Marco's at glenwood ave has a dine in for people to eat pizza. I might bring friends to eat pizza with at this Marco's. The pepperoni pizza that I bought from this place tasted pretty great. I'll be buying my favorite pizza predominantly at Marcos and sometimes other pizza places in my opinion.
