I hesitated writing this because I really like this restaurant. Last night I placed an order at 6:30. I was told it would be ready in 30 min. We arrived at 7 and was told the order wasn’t ready, that it would be just a few minutes. At 7:10 we inquired again. Told it would just be another minute. At 7:15 , still nothing. Told it would be another minute. I was waiting for my wife in the car up till now and I finally went in. The gal at the cash register asked if she could help and I explained that we ordered food at 6:30 and were told it would be ready by 7. I just asked for an explanation on why it wasnt ready. The answer....”it’ll be just another minute”. Again I asked why the order wasn’t ready and was given nothing but silent stares. At 7:21 the order was placed in the counter. I picked it up and said “seriously, no reply, no apology, no nothing“. Just blank looks and nothing else. i don’t understand why places just can’t be honest. Tell customers.... I’m really sorry, there was a problem and it looks like its going to be another 20 minutes. Then make it up to the customer with a free drink, or something...at least a heartfelt apology. I’d bet if the owners were around this would have been handled differently. Just don’t know if I’ll come back or not. Depends on how this is handled. Very disappointed and very frustrated.
