My son and I came in after his orthodontist appointment with Dr. Miller today. It wasn’t our first time there (we had been once before with a friend) but it needed to be noted that this is my favorite spot to eat in Rocky Mount. The burgers are top notch, the apps are great and the atmosphere along with the service (Ashley was amazing!) was phenomenal. Barley and Burger has become a destination of ours now whenever we are in town.
Staff was wonderful! Burger wad so filling that we split one… I couldn’t finish. Our appetizer was fried banana peppers!!!!! Amazing but huge portion! We shared the appetizer and still had enough to bring home for probably four other people. The tang of the banana peppers with their breading is amazing but it’s way too much for one even two people and if you do order it for two people you will not have room for a burger, if you live nearby, get one burger, get an order of the banana peppers take it home split it up and make it into multiple meals because that’s how much of it you are given and it is amazing! We also met Danny… so sweet and offered up all kinds of recommendations. Sorry if you spell your name wrong.
