“Stopped her for lunch around 12 pm. We were first in line. Caitlin took our order and was very patient, nice and proffessional. Other restaurants in our area need a Caitlin. We ordered 2 Nacho cheese tacos, 1 Fiesta potatoes, 2 med drinks and 2 soft tacos with chicken fresco style. Just so you know they charge a $2 upcharge to replace beef with chicken. Our total for 2 people was $19.35. The food was good and standard to Taco Bell. The atmosphere of the restaurant is casual. The bathrooms are clean, however, the doors are really streaky giving you the appearance things aren't so clean. That would be my only negative. Overall everything was good and we will be back. Unfortunately I forgot to take pics.“

“The Louisburg, NC location should be closed immediately! Maybe their app goes through corporate and the physical location doesn't have any control over it but there is ALWAYS a problem when dealing with this location! Here's the latest episode - I ordered $41" worth" of food for my wife to pick up after work last night. When I tried the submit the order, it said that something went wrong and to try again so I did, 3 more times. It never went through except to my bank account! 4 TIMES!!! They took $160 out of my account and we still didn't get the food!!! Now I'm still waiting for them to refund my money smh! My pregnant wife went by there last night to talk to the "manager" but they were totally helpless! We were forced to eat frozen mozzarella sticks and frozen jalapeño poppers for supper, seeing as zaxby's basically robbed me. I WILL NEVER EAT ZAXBYS AGAIN!!!!!!!“

“The food is tasty and the service is USUALLY outstanding. Just went through drive-thru and apparently my whole order wasn't heard. Cool no prob. Until a female who wasn't even working the window caught an attitude which she verbalized loud enough for me and everyone else to hear. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. Please people remember you're at work and keep your 'tudes to yourself.“
“We quickly stopped by at this pizza put to pick up lunch on our way to Florida. The staff was very friendly and patient with us. He repeated our entire order once I finished ordering to ensure for accuracy. The store had a screen showing the progress of my order and ETA, that was quiet amazing. The waiting area had a few tables/chairs and a big screen TV to entertain the take out customers. Customers could also choose dine in and there were booths and tables in the inside. The food was tasty and cheesy as requested. Unfortunately, they did not provide plates for to-go customers, so that made eating pizza in the car extremely difficult for my little kids. The area that this place needs improvement was the cleanliness. The floor was very sticky and my slippers made sounds everywhere I went in the restaurant. The bathroom was a bit messy as well. The door handle was sticky / oily.“

“Trying my luck again one more time smH because the last time I ordered a Hotdog it was so small it looked like it had sat in the heat for 30 hours.. but to my surprise it was plump.. and the chilly had a nice amount and nice amount of onions.. fries were nice and hot., I just wish y'all would put a little more salt on the fries.. they so plain.. but customer service always 10/10 I'll be back either way..“

“Post tournament ice cream and burgers! Freddy’s in Rocky Mount, NC has delicious food and the most amazing staff. That was the cleanest kitchen I’ve ever seen at a burger joint!! Highly recommend!“
