Another horrible experience here. Yes we had a large group and I expected a wait but we got here at 6pm and didn't have any sort of food until after 8pm. No type of communication or anything. I understand being short staffed and all that and would've understood or even went some where else if we had been told this was this issue. I speak to the manager and she sends out a $7 appetizer like that's going to solve the problem. The ONLY reason we came is because it's my sons birthday and it's what he wanted. But best believe I can definitely find another Japanese steakhouse with better customer service and a better sanitation grade too!!! We did our best to make the best of the situation for the sake of CJ. Never again...
Great for a "Dinner for Two" dining experience. Friendly environment. Reasonable with reservations.

The food was delicious, but the chef served most of the rice to the other family. Of course we received the items that we ordered, but by the time we were served, bc there were 6 of them and 4 of us, his division was horrible and we received the left overs which was not that much. That won’t stop me from trying again. I needed to let someone know. Thanks for your service.
