We ordered take out, when I arrive an employee came out, I gave them the name the order was under. I sat in my car for about 5 minutes when I called my husband if he had to put the parking spot number in the app to let them know I was here. He told me to go in. I waited another 5 minutes when my husband called back and said what I ordered they did not have so I had to go in and order something else. Remember the first person who came out never came back out. I went in and explained to the associate what was happening. She apologized and gave me a menu to reorder something else and she would rush the order. While waiting I noticed a kitchen staff talking to the associate who took my replacement order and by her body language I could tell something was wrong. She came over to me and explained they didn’t have any more French fries and I could pick something different. I choose not to and I’ll just take the chicken fingers. I then over heard a conversation between a waiter and I believe to be a manager or kitchen manager that their freezer had broken and they had to throw a lot of spoiled food out. (Explains no French fries). After about 30 minutes waiting my food came out. I asked if our bill would be adjusted because no sides with meal, the associate replied yes. When I got back to hotel my husband said they didn’t charge for my meal (Thank you). And guess what I had fries in my order. I also suggest this restaurant gets a make over. It was dark, looked dirty and tired.
best Outbacks that we have been to in a very long time excellent service we arrived late. with a party of 35+ and they quickly accommodated us with pleasure. all hands on deck food service A+

Went there for a date night! The place was dirty, floors, tables, condiments on the table were dirty with sauces on the tops and neck of the bottles! Was served in Styrofoam cups! The bread was cold and dry! Although the ahi tuna and pork chops were still good and the tangy tomato dressing was good, the overall restaurant has gone down hill and we will not return!
