Went to red lobster . At 6:10 we ordered our drinks. At 6:40 I had to flag down our waiter and ask about the drinks. He stated they were making it now. Seriously , 30 minutes later just making them. He went to get the drinks and they were obviously made much earlier and he just forgot, so they were sweating from sitting there that long and ice had melted the ice and watered down the drink. We ordered our food at 6:15 and around 6:50 we asked about our food and several minutes later it came. I asked for some steak sauce and the waiter said no problem and he never returned. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. I believe it was mostly the waiters fault as he was not very attentive. Had to track him down to get a refill on my coke beverage. Terrible, being there were very few people actually in the place. Will never be going back to this red lobster in Rocky Mount. The manager should be fired to allow such incompetent workers. My advice, stay away and you'll be glad you did.

I ordered two lobster tails, broccoli and mashed potatoes. The lobster tails were supposed to be different types, but were exactly the same when I got them. I sent the first two back because they were mushy and had a consistency of baby mush. They brought two new ones and they were ok, but not up to standards that I normally have there. 37.59 for that mess and the manager didn't even offer restitution. They were still exactly the same tails and shouldn't have been. Lobster Lover's DuoA tender Maine tail and a Caribbean rock tail. You can tell from the photo it's mushy. This store probably should be shut down!

Me and my wife came in here to get a Meal and took a chance since its our only Local Red Lobster..It was dead inside but The Drinks came up along with the bread and Salad, but then we waited 50min to almost an hour for 2 Scampi's,Shrimp Linguine and her Admirals Feast..When the food came it was fine but instead of her having plate they served her admirals feast on a Greasy Pan Skillet thing of some sort and we have never seen that before...Waitress was cool but they are very slow and the other younger workers seemed to just sit around & One Vaping inside the Restaurant..Id rather drive 1hr+ to another location and be Completely happy.

THE SERVICE HERE SUCKS!!! This time.. My online order along with another lady was not ready on time. Was supposed to be brought out to the car but wasn't. This wasn't the first time they didn't bring it out. But the biscuits were burned and when one of the staff found out they just said that they don't make the To Go Orders and walked off. Terrible service now they definitely need to do better

Worst restaurant experience ever!!! Waitress had to come back 3 times just to get the drink order correct. Then we had to wait for 30 minutes to get the drinks.took her 30 minutes to ask for food order. Never bought out biscuits. After another 30 minutes, food comes to table with no silverware. When she brings silverware its only 2 sets for 3 people. Says there are no more clean...she gets plastic ones. One of the orders was steak, no knife in with the silverware we got. Had to ask for manager to finally get steak knife. When we asked for boxes, she finally asks if we want bread???? We will never go back there.

I was served raw lobster tail and if that wasn't enough the crab legs tasted bad and I was not able to eat them.So 5 stars to the waitress who was very nice and brought my plate back to the kitchen.I won't go back as I had to pay 39.99 and minus 10 percent and I know them snowcrabs were more than 7.00 but that's all I got back.Dont goto Rocky Mount.Bad meat!

Our table was sticky , our silverware was dirty . We used plastic Togo wear to eat with. Our server was friendly she was the best part of the visit. (White lady with long dreads in her hair-forgot her name)The food really had no flavor and the shrimp and lobster tail had a “frozen” taste to them. The sweet tea and bacon Mac and cheese were the best part of the meal. We noticed on the way out the Santitation grade was a 92.1☹️ we will not be eating here ever again!

Just avoid this location if possible. We had terrible service the first time we went and just thought it might have been an off day so we tried it again March 22nd. We learned our lesson, and now know better. The hostess and every other employee didn’t even address my mother when she said hello and looked at her in her face and ignored her. It’s unfortunate because she enjoys red lobster, but this was our last time

Overpriced. Food except biscuits was just barely ok. I went for Lobster Special and was willing to pay the price only to be disappointed in everything except my server and biscuits. I do plan to try the lunch specials in the future as we don't have any other seafood restaurants here. Pathetic.

I placed a to go order yesterday and it was supposed to be ready at 4:52pm. I walked in around 4:52pm and every employee including the young woman at the bar ignored me. She was getting change and a receipt for a man sitting at the bar which is understandable but she immediately walked away after that without acknowledging me at all as I stood under the ToGo sign. Several employees walked past me and not pnr spoke to me or acknowledged me in any way. I finally asked a young woman if someone was working ToGo. She said dryly "I'll get it" but when she walked back through she didn't say anything else to me. A male employee that was getting off work saw my expression and that I start walking towards the door and even though he was leaving he went to the back to check on my order and 10 minutes after it should've been ready it still wasn't. I told him I didn't want it anymore but I thanked him for acknowledging me. Terrible service. We won't be back.
