Stopped her for lunch around 12 pm. We were first in line. Caitlin took our order and was very patient, nice and proffessional. Other restaurants in our area need a Caitlin. We ordered 2 Nacho cheese tacos, 1 Fiesta potatoes, 2 med drinks and 2 soft tacos with chicken fresco style. Just so you know they charge a $2 upcharge to replace beef with chicken. Our total for 2 people was $19.35. The food was good and standard to Taco Bell. The atmosphere of the restaurant is casual. The bathrooms are clean, however, the doors are really streaky giving you the appearance things aren't so clean. That would be my only negative. Overall everything was good and we will be back. Unfortunately I forgot to take pics.

Vegetarian options: Why are the parking for handicaps so far away from the door an easy access for non handicaps off Benvenue Rd. In Rocky Mount North Car.. it's really ashamed the parking planner is not more thoughtful of the handicaps and how difficult it is for far away parks. Strange , what they think of handicaps.Parking: They need to change the parking off Benvenue Rd.,next to dodge city restaurant and Mavis tire.Wheelchair accessibility: Would like to except for the handicap parking. It's ridiculous.

I am physically disabled. I ordered the food and was outside waiting for my cab. Manager Ronnie Ingram was very rude and told me my 'wheelchair' (I use a rollator) was distracting his customers and causing a scene. In the 30 minutes we were actually sitting inside, 4 orders were screwed up.... who's the real distraction. I'd go elsewhere unless you just want to leave mad. The last guy liked to have went across the counter calling him a fat rude pig... I had to agree! Poor customer service frfr

This is the best taco bell I've ever been to. It's clean, organized (even the sauce packets are stacked nicely), food is good and the staff is friendly. It's clear the people that work here care about their jobs. Was a nice experience. I'm writing this review so the employees know they are awesome!

This is the best Taco Bell in Rocky Mount! They always have a 100 or 99.5 rating. It is very clean, and the food is delicious.
Well, hold onto your tacos, because I couldn't believe my eyes - this place was cleaner than a whistle! The employees? I'm pretty sure they're secretly training in kindness martial arts. The atmosphere was so enjoyable that even the air seemed to be doing a little salsa dance. And get this - Christian music in a Taco Bell! I mean, I've seen salsa verde on the menu, but this was a whole new flavor. I don't usually taco 'bout Taco Bell, but this joint must have hired some taco whisperers or something!
