“Me and My boyfriend visited for the frost time Wednesday for a drink and dessert. Everyone recommended them for the best dessert downtown and they were right! We had a fantastic server named Paige! We couldn’t decide which dessert so we had her choose. She chose the chocolate sushi and it was so delicious! Something that I’ve never had before and was fun to try out. The drinks were also delicious. I highly recommend trying them out especially for dessert. Just wanted to give a shout-out to the restaurant and our server!”

Their historic building's outdoor space in particular is truly special, and I try to sit there whenever the weather allows! As for food recommendations: - You have to get the pretzel. You just have to! It's mind-blowingly good. - I don't eat meat, but a companion of mine loves a good beef stroganoff, and he said it was the best one he had *ever* had. I heard similar reviews of the reuben! - The apple strudel is DELICIOUS. It's a surprisingly large portion—easily could feed two diners! Definitely give Prost a try. They won't disappoint!”

“For a special occasion last week, we travelled from Durham to Wilmington try this restaurant. We were NOT disappointed and it was so worth the trip! The dishes were all plant-based absolutely delicious. Even if you are normally a carnivore, you will not miss having meat. The restaurant space itself is beautiful and very tasteful and relaxing. All the staff were super friendly and hospitable. Felt like I was saying good-bye to friends when we left. Looking forward to my next trip to Wilmington!”

“I finally went to On Thyme yesterday after wanting to try it for months. It was well worth the wait. So good! My friend and I split the shrimp po boy with fried okra and the hot honey chicken sandwich with loaded fries. Nice sized shrimp with their awesome On Thyme sauce which kind of reminds me of a Cajun remoulade. Hot honey chicken sandwich had a huge cutlet of chicken. Everything had a nice breading that wasn't too heavy. Generous portions and delicious! The staff was so friendly and attentive. Outstanding service!!! The welcoming atmosphere from the staff is what really made it for me. Food was fantastic!”

“we had the pleasure of eating at Junction 421 this evening for a pre-Valentines dinner date I had the steak with mashed potatoes, asparagus, spears, and crab meat and topped with a delicious Bernese sauce . Michael had shrimp and grits and we had a nice, romantic dinner. Evan was our server and he treated us like we were VIPs. Highly recommend this restaurant is so close to our home.”

“I have eaten Sushi all over the US as well as Asia and (not to mention) Japan. This place is very authentic and the sushi is just amazing. I only order sushi but my husband always gets a cooked dinner and he says they are amazing as well! The staff is attentive and the sushi chef (I believe owner) is fantastic. I sometimes get supermarket sushi as Genki is not real close to me. I used to appreciate it was “just supermarket sushi” but after Genki (10-12 times) it’s real hard to get a quick supermarket fix. Actually right now I’m salivating!”

We sat in the bar area at a high top table for two and our server was Danielle. She was friendly, polite, helpful and made our visit even more enjoyable but not rushing us. We ordered the Margherita Pizza, a glass of white wine and a Stella Artois. Everything was just right... Danielle bought us over some Italian bread and Flatbread, which we both like. I added some olive oil with sea salt and black pepper to my dish so that we had some dipping "sauce". All in all we both really enjoyed our visit to the O.C. for an appetizer and relaxation time.”

Edna picked up, was super sweet told me no worries. She had the perfect room for me and my family and my dog. She was very welcoming as she made sure we had everything we needed. let us know activities and food and shops l that were nearby, I will always stay here. Every time I come to Wilmington North Carolina she's definitely someone to remember.”

“First things first Salita makes a delicious pizza, they have a lot of really interesting and unique pizza options and fun flavor combinations to try.Their pizzas are cooked in a wood fired oven and that flavor can't be beat. They are located in the middle of the cargo district and you order from their take out window. They do not have an designated seating but there are lots of options of where to sit in the area. The pizza came out pretty quickly considering it is made fresh and took around 15 minutes. The only reason they are not receiving 5 stars from me is the price, it is a little steep. All of the pizzas from my knowledge are about 10" and the prices vary from $18-20 (except for the margarita pizza which is $13) per pizza. Whether or not the price is worth it is up to you, but I certainly think they are worth giving a shot because they are some excellently crafted pizzas.”

Purpose of this review was really to just thank Robert for his patient customer service. To begin we enjoyed their chips & guac with queso, followed by a chopped house salad (wife) and a Caesar for me, then the short rib dinner. Everything was absolutely delicious, and plentiful. Sean Michael served us, and was able to give thoughtful insight on the dishes and the background of the restaurant, most helpful to a first (but not last) visit. The atmosphere was a bit ‘industrial’ in the downstairs dinning (they also have a rooftop outdoor dinning area), and we got there during happy hour, so it was a little loud (but this calmed down as we ate). Again, the food is fantastic! I would caution though (as Sean did before I ordered) the Ceasar salad is very intense with anchovy. Had I not been warned I would have sent it back, but I had been warned, and now so have you. Looking forward to our next visit, this time hopefully leaving room for dessert!”

“I worked for this place 5 months. The roaches in the back are overwhelming. They leave the door open letting any little creatures inside. The owners tried stealing my pay stubs so I wouldn't see them funneling my leftover money. Everyone that works in the back is great, but they're slaves. They have to work constantly and immigrated illegally. 2 of the servers are also Asian immigrants. So the Asian owner can spy on the American servers. The owner doesn't like Black people so she would try to give the white tables to the Asian servers because apparently " black people don't tip" ...verbatim what they say on the low. My girlfriend is black so since day 1 I've been resentful of the racist undertone. The crabhouse was also stealing money from my leftover paystubs. They thought i wouldnt ask for them and quickly scrambled the paystubs together after 48 hours. They wrote me a check for my stolen/missing money. The seafood is all frozen from Ecuador and they most likely eat their own feces or human feces in a farmed environment. It's a scam at best, for employees, patrons, or even takeout orders. This is garbage carcinogenic fake seafood that just sits for God knows how long in a freezer. The ranch is garbage and spoiled, the owners are cannibalistic slum lords and they confiscate our phones as soon as we walk in the door so the employees cannot show the roaches on the back end. If you enjoy food that destroys your body, and intestinal health by all means indulge. Also if you send the food back they will wash the food in the sink then re boil it to make it look fresh. I had to send an order back and Lena [ the chinese manager, that uses a fake name " Carmen"] will wash it in the sink and re-serve it to you personally. The lady stormed out and said I was disrespectful for serving half eaten food they put back in the sink n boiler pot. I was livid..because she was absolutely valid to feel this way. The harsh truth is this place is garbage food being served like top shelf caviar, brought to you by racist folk who only care about $$$ and your hopeless addiction go their toxic food. The assistant manager is also a drama queen. Her personal life is way too involved in the restaurant. I feel she has a complexity disorder. Always bringing their kids in to work and talking about guests behind their backs. It's completely unprofessional. Everyone deserves respect and dignity. Very sad way to live.. I wish you the best...”

Several people told me it was the best wedding cake they have ever had. My only regret is not getting more croissants because they were gone SO FAST - people are still talking about them! Not only was the quality of everything amazing (as it always is when I'm just visiting the store), but everyone was so kind and helpful.
