“We had an excellent meal tonight! The atmosphere was relaxing. Service was excellent. We had some yummy Cocktails, then apps and dinner. Cauliflower app and guacamole dip were fantastic. Everyone loved their dinner- there's a choice for everyone on the menu. All four of us split one yummy dessert. Definitely going again as this place stands out if you are looking for creative delicious fresh food.“

“Hidden away in east derry is a place called the east derry tavern. Your probably thinking some local dive that isnt that great but youd be wrong. The food is killer and reasonable with a diverse menu. The atmosphere is friendly and pleasant. The owner wanders out frequently to make sure youre satisfied and is genuinely interested in your opinion. This is no ordinary tavern!“

“Having been to the Windham one and enjoying it, it took us too long to visit the Derry one. A positive addition to the Derry location is the pizza. The cheese pizza was delicious, though could have been slightly crispier on the bottom and was a bit floppy. Taste was on point though and the kids really enjoyed it. The kids tender meal was good, the tenders were perfectly fried and there was a good portion of them.The Deluxe Turkey Sandwich was good and very filling. The one complaint was the bread could have been toasted, but otherwise it was good. The Chicken Mediterranean was absolutely delicious. We got it with gluten free pasta and loved every part of it. Perhaps one of the better pasta dishes we’ve had in the area.It was busy but not crowded and kids are definitely welcome.“

“We ordered 12 oysters on the half-shell and the saffron mussels. So delicious! Highly recommend both! My dining companions ordered the scallops, which were cooked to perfection and came with fresh shrimp. I ordered a wedge salad with steak, and again, the steak was perfect. Expensive, but well worth it for a special occasion, which this dinner was. Next time I need to celebrate something, I'm heading to The Foundry.“

“First timer last night, couldn’t be happier with our whole experience. The aesthetic of the restaurant is super cool and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The drinks were top tier. I could write a novel on how good the focaccia bread was. My wife and I both had the duck tacos and honestly should have got another order, delicious. “This is a fun little place that you could just pass over as it's designed to be - it is modeled after a 20s era speak-easy after all, even with a "hidden" entrance. I went here for some drinks with my date - she had been here before and said it's a blast. Godfrey was the bartender, and he's incredibly cool. He had some unique concoctions and will try to make you a drink based on your mood or even a movie or something you like. I had one of the specials - I don't remember the name, but it had "mockery" in it. It contained smokey Scotch and some bitters and was incredible. I love Scotch and have had smokey Scotch before, but this was something else as it just had a slight sweetness that really worked. My date had a special that had elderberry in it, and she loved it. The atmosphere is very low-key. We sat at the bar, and it makes you feel like you've gone back in time. There are no TVs and they were playing music from a bygone era. I dont know what the food is like, but from what I saw on the menu, it's a decent menu with very familiar items like fried pickles and a burger. I'd say check this place out if you're in for something different.“

“Came here for brunch with a large book club group and they were FANTASTIC! You're able to make reservations for a small groups on their website but for a large group you need to email - they couldn't have made this easier! We got to choose which part of the restaurant we were in - we had an entire floor to ourselves which was perfect! The food was GREAT. Fresh, lots of options, and even better drinks! We will be back!“

“Bar wasn't full, but there was karaoke, and the DJ played our request. The bar tender was very nice and the food was good. Order before midnight the grill closes. Plenty of parking and if the street is full you can park behind chicken chips.“

“I have eaten here a few times and it has been nothing short of delightful. From the bar to the dining room, the atmosphere is fantastic. I highly suggest the drink called “chick flick”, it is crisp and refreshing. The tiramisu for dessert is also a must.“
