I don't know if it was just an off day for them but I have never encountered so many rude people all in one place, before. The only bright side is my coffee was made right.

The afternoon is worse than the morning. Took 10 minutes to take my order at the drive thru....then had to wait another 6 minutes to get the coffee from the pick up window. They take one order...make that order...give the order to customer. And so on...
