Not happy with there rule that if you’re hole party is not here you get punched back on the waiting list just because there’s traffic they can be a little more helpful and understanding
Was my favorite place to go but has been going downhill just went this afternoon with my wife took over an hour to get are food then when it was brought to are table it was a burnt ribeye when I ordered a medium 16 ounce prime rib. The waiter only checked on us 2 times in the hour we where sitting there and ended up not even eating because we sat so long and needed to get going hopefully they can figure it out

The service was horrible and the food wasn't any better. I have always had great service and great food at any other Texas Roadhouse. It took 35 minutes from when we ordered to when we were served our food. My steak was dry, over cooked and salty. I did not put any salt on it. The mashed potato was dry and luke warm. A couple came in and sat next to me and they sat there for 15 minutes and no one gave them bread and the had to ask a waitress for a menu and so.e bread. The man to the left of us waited over 15 minutes and finally asked if he could have a menu. This place needs someone to go in there and straighten it out. I'm going to write a letter to corporate maybe they will do something about it. This was the worst food and service I have ever had at any resturant and I am in my 60's. The people that manage this place sold be fired and half the staff along with them. Look how many bad reviews there are for this Texas Roadhouse in Manchester. These people should not be in the food service industry.
