“This is such a cute shop! My husband and I were in the neighborhood when we stumbled upon it and I’m glad that we did!I ordered the Cookie Monster with chocolate ice cream. The ice cream itself was yummy, the bubble waffle was really interesting, the cherry on top was the Cookie Crisp cereal! The amount of nostalgia I felt with every bite was surreal.Now, I am HUGE on customer service. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady behind the counter. She was super warm, super sweet, super welcoming. Customer service makes or breaks an entire experience for me; and the customer service here was amazing.The atmosphere is super cute. I just wanted to snap a photo of every single corner! ?Parking: We couldn’t find parking, so my husband had stayed in the car and parked down the adjacent street.“

“I just love, love, love this place! Every time I visit, it's a pleasant experience! First, when you walk in, it always smells incredible. Everything you get here is super fresh. They have seasonal flavors for ice cream, which I love. they also have to-go cartons for your ice cream of choice. Today I had a salted caramel milkshake, which was perfection. I also get shredded chocolate here to make my own hot chocolate. I have purchased their individual chocolates as well as their caramel apples, both are incredible.The service here is always on point, everyone greets you with a smile, which I really appreciate. They do a good job of who they hire and the quality of their products. I highly recommend you to come and visit with your family and friends.“
