“I have been coming to Papa Ganache for years. First in Matawan and now Cranford location because it is closer to me. The treats are always delicious but I want to shout out the customer service and staff. I have noticed in this day and age customer service is few and far between.But not here at PG! Specifically Carter!!! Carter is always so pleasant and kind no matter how many questions I may have about a product. I appreciate your kindness Carter!!! Thank you for showing me there are still kind people in this world.“

“Food is amazing, everything is delicious. Service is okay. Layout of the store makes it tough to go in and out or pay without the door almost opening against your back. Parking is terrible but that is not their fault. The food is magical and I have tried pastries all over the world!“

“I went in the day before Easter for cake supplies and a little panicky that the cake wouldn’t turn out so well. The staff was so helpful! I got the best tips for a multi layer cake that I never would have tried and tips for the buttercream frosting. The woman at the register was so kind and helpful and even offered for me to call back if I had a cakemergency! It came out so great and I’m confident I’ll try it again! Can’t wait to up my baking game and get some more great supplies.“

“We got the dessert for our wedding this past weekend from the Cake Artist. It was a huge hit! They matched all the colors to our wedding colors and my wedding cake was both beautiful and delicious. I didn’t personally get to try a donut but I was told they were fantastic by everyone and they flew off their little shelves! Will of course go back and continue going back for other occasions!“
