Service at the tables is excellent, but there is a lively bar scene, for the those inclined. Try the shepherds pie.Parking: If you park on the other side of route 46, there is no stop light. In New Jersey, stopping for crossing pedestrians is optional!“

“Food was excellent and so was our server. We celebrated our 51st anniversary that night. We were seated at a special table and there was an anniversary card waiting for us. Later the manager came over to our table and gave me a red rose. That really made the night special. We will definitely go back for dinner, Thank you Capital Grille for a special night.“

“I liked making my reservation online. The hostess brought us to the booth I had requested. The re-vamped large room is cozy. The lighting is a little too low though. I had to use my phone light to read the menu. Our server was challenged with the 6 tables he was serving. So, the service was not as good as usual. I had 4 of the largest shrimp in my shrimp cocktail. I thought the presentation was a bit odd though. The extra large, round bowl full of ice, seemed like a big waste of ice. The smaller loaf of bread was very tasty. The steak house salad came in a new elongated bowl, which worked well. My petite steak looked lonely on the big plate. I don't know why my friend had his large baked potato served on a small square bread plate. It was hard for him to eat. The food was good. It's too bad the prices have risen like everywhere else.“

Jules was an exceptional server, always wearing a smile, there when we need her, kept our glasses full and checked in often enough so that we weren’t wanting for anything. The flatbreads are all amazing. My wife always orders the half chicken which is moist and delicious. I have a love for the grilled pork chop which shares those same qualities and is among the finest chops that I’ve had anywhere.We made a reservation online and requested a quieter area of the restaurant. The hosts and hostesses noted that request and took care to find us a comfortable spot.The cocktails are tasty and the service is brisk, attentive, and friendly on each visit.The atmosphere is upscale casual and super comfortable.The kitchen is incredible at delivering delicious meals that keep us coming back. Management is obviously promoting a high standard of food quality and attentive service, which the entire staff works incredibly hard to implement. As busy as it gets, and it gets busy in that large dining room, the crew always seems to step up to the task while remaining friendly, efficient, and available.Looking forward to our next visit!“

“The food is good, a little pricey. The burger I ordered, showed it stacked with two patties but when it came out it had one. I didn't see anything on the menu saying that it was an extra charge for two, but I wasn't looking at it very hard. With a restaurant like this I kind of expect to get what I see in the picture, or at least very close. It's not McDonald's or McDonald's prices.Parking: There are plenty of spots.“

“I have had two bridal showers at Portofino in Oak Ridge, and not only did everyone love the food, but Nancy and the entire staff is outstanding. They go above and beyond to help you in any capacity that they can. I highly recommend Portofino either for lunch, dinner or any kind of event you have whether it is big or small. You can't go wrong with Portofino, I can't say enough great things about the staff and restaurant!“

“We had dinner in the dining room. A great space behind the pizzeria area in front. We were on the early side of a Friday night and they space for us, but would recommend a reservation. It was full by the time we left. Food was great. The fresh bread and mushroom app special was exceptional. It’s BYO and a short walk to wine store on south street. We met one of the owners who offered a suggested wine pairing for my entree. We were happy to learn they are passionate about quality and sourcing of their food. Shrimp is from gulf and not international where they destroy environments and abuse people. They grow their own fresh herbs in front window (yes those are for the kitchen) and with grow lights in a closet. Looking forward to coming back to try the pizza.“

“Wow. The Black River Barn has outdone themselves again. What I remember growing up is an older pub feel with ok food, that has changed. It's now the most reasonably priced, delicious, kid and adult friendly food in a good part of Northern NJ. The atmosphere is palpable and full of life. Everyone loves their service, food, and drinks along with the prices. Can't say enough good about a restaurant I once wrote off as an older crowd. If you haven't visited in a while, give it another chance and they WILL impress you.“

“I have been to this restaurant a number of times. I have never been disappointed in the food and presentation. Always top notch. Service is excellent. I liked that our waitress asked if we were going to the MPAC show so we were served accordingly. The owner (I assume) decked out in jacket and fedora was friendly and professional (handsome too). BYOB makes it even better. I recommend highly. Which I did to the two ladies who sat at the next table who had never dined at Pavesi.“

“Dined her many times years ago when I worked nearby, it’s been over 20 yrs. It was excellent then, and still is now! Some of the best Italian food you can have. Everything we had was excellent… fresh & full of flavor. It’s a bit out of the way for some, but so worth the trip. I live in Florida and have had many grouper meals, the potato crusted grouper here is ?! The best I ever had. My wife had a chicken dish with pasta that was the bomb. My buddy had the pork chop that was tender and tasty. If you’re looking for a quite atmosphere with great cocktails and fantastic food, you need to make plans to drive to Hibernia Inn ( approximately 3 miles off the Hibernia/Rockaway exit off of Rt 80). This is family owned for many years and they keep bringing a excellent dinning experience. Wish they were in my home town in Florida ?“

“Even if you're not into Chinese food, you've got to admire the style that comes with it. My top-tier chums and I came here for lunch yesterday after The Pasta Shop had a 90-minute wait (which annoyed them/pretty much quashed any interest they had in trying to go back, and made me want to go even more - so it goes), and were rewarded with approximately a 30-second wait for a table here. Boy is there a lot to look at; I'm not going to risk using incorrect terminology in describing this building, but it's a lot. I'm assuming it's a fairly accurate interpretation of an "authentic" Chinese structure, but that's as far as I'm going. Very unique, very cool. And as someone who has spent a bit of time at a time vortex Chinese place in Rockland County of late, apparently aquariums are a big part of the decor.If you're looking for information on Hunan's authentic Chinese dishes, you've come to the wrong place - we went so basic, we might as well have ordered this with a side of Uggs and a Pumpkin Spice Latte. I ordered my tried and true Sweet & Sour Chicken, one top-tier chum ordered the Sesame Chicken, and the other top-tier chum ordered General Tso's Chicken. The edgiest item we procured were the steamed pork dumplings app to share.Everything here was very solid. These are obviously items that we'd typically get from a hole-in-the-wall takeout establishment, so it was a nice change of pace to eat the chicken off of actual plates (maybe most people do that too with their takeout orders, but I'm a barbarian through and through). The two keys for me when it comes to sweet & sour chicken are ensuring the chicken isn't overly deep fried where you're eating more fried skin than meat, and that the sauce is on the thicker side. Hunan checked off both boxes here, and since it was served with some vegetables, etc., there was some extra flavoring at play as well. The dumplings were very good as well. I've become more of a soup dumpling adherent in recent years, but I liked the seasoning in the pork and was pleased we got something other than generic chicken with our meal.The service overall was above average. I thought it slowed down noticeably towards the end, though we weren't in a rush or anything. But we'd clearly stopped eating and didn't receive a visit from anyone to pack up the leftovers for about 20 minutes - not egregious, and there were tons of staffers all over the place and it would have been very easy to hail someone down if the urgent need arose. Beyond that, everyone we interacted with was pleasant and efficient.One of my chums noted a party room in the back and was openly pondering the possibility of returning in the near future and hosting a birthday in there. I wasn't QUITE as blown away by this place as she was, but I'd definitely come back. “Always searching for new pizzerias, I stopped in for lunch at Pizza Rustica yesterday. This restaurant is located in a strip mall off Main Street in Rockaway. There's plenty of parking in the lot in front. The place is big inside with plenty of seating. The counter is on the right with a few small tables. To the left is a large dining room. I always love when there's plenty of choices of pies for slices, and they had an excellent selection here. I chose a slice of broccoli rabe with sausage. That combo is great and you don't find that on pies too often. Very friendly server behind the counter giving details on other pies. It was a fun stop and I definitely recommend!“

“Me and my wife decided to have lunch at Mr Crabby's and we were not disappointed. From a 1 to 10 I would rate our experience a 12! From the waiter, Brian to the delicious food, we had the Lobster Reuben and the Mahi Mahi Tacos, we were amazed and well pleased. The owner, Colleen came to our table and greeted us like we were a part of their family. We had such a great time and we plan to return very soon. Mr Crabby's is a special place that I would definitely recommend to all our friends and family.“

“We were traveling and just stopped by to eat sth. with my family. The place had a great atmosphere, cozy friendly and comfy. With an "old school diner" vibe. We had a cheeseburger DX, protein omelette and chicken gyro wt FF, coffee and soda. The whole check for three people was around $52. And the waitress Melinda was great! She even told us how much time driving is left to our destination point. If we're gonna be in the area we'll definitely come back?“

“Had dinner with a friend before a show at MPAC and had a great time enjoying our split appetizer and cocktails. Dinner of scallops and salmon were cooked expertly and tasted great. Wine with dinner added a lot to the meal. However I lost track of time and needed to get the attention of staff to pay the bill and get to the show on time. The attentiveness was perfect, the bill was paid in minutes- I was super impressed.“

“Wanted to write a review as Franks in our opinion has the best pizza in the mendham/randolph area- consistently delicious. All other wrap and chicken/pasta dinners we order have been excellent as well. The chicken dinners are a nice sized portion and also include either a side salad or pint of soup. Food is an all around 10/10 no matter what we have ordered, highly recommend.“
