“I’ve been eating here for almost 10 years. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD. People use the word butter milk pancakes loosely. Theirs really taste like butter milk. Everything is good. Same chef for years. My only complaint is, They never open on time, they’ve actually been closed for a while with no notice. Shame because me and my girlfriend are from out of town and waited outside for almost 2 hours. If they correct punctuality, I would give it five out of five stars because the food is phenomenal.“

“I've come to this IHOP a few times now. I have to write, I've mostly had good experiences.Most of the staff showed interest in customers' needs and have been mostly very attentive to making conversations in asking if all is well. I've also experienced staff with the look of not wanting to be there working.Food has been good, and it's my main reason why I've come back a few times. It's been a good experience, so why should I not come back?I'll recommend it, so you can give it a try yourself.Parking: Parking is available, but I've also come on busier than normal days, and you may need to wait for a spot or check for street parking.Kid-friendliness: What parent is not going to take the little ones out for pancakes? lol ? That's followed by the sugar rush. lol ?“

“Had breakfast here early on a Saturday with a friend. Food was good for sure. However, EVERY person working at this restaurant attended to us. We had a hard time finishing one sentence of our conversation without being asked how things were or if we wanted more coffee. I'm serious, no fewer than 6 people visited our table. Our waitress, Marissa, was personable and helpful; she was taking care of us very well. The 1-star for atmosphere was because the OWNER came to our table and asked if we wanted more coffee. I declined, but my friend accepted. I swear she did this just to make him go away as Marissa had offered us coffee moments before and she'd declined. THEN WE OVERHEAR the manager giving Marissa a hard time because we ACCEPTED COFFEE. His assumption was that she had not been attending to us instead of understanding that women know that the male ego has a hard time with the word NO. Not only should management not be giving a good waitress a hard time, they certainly should not do it where customers can hear. Gross!“

“Our waitress was pleasant.and so was the host. I had the catfish and grits I loved the catfish could have ate two more pieces the grits texture wasn’t right for my liking that’s why it’s 4 stars and not 5 my daughter had the Philly steak bowl it was delicious.. The place was clean the food was hot , good , fast and priced right . We will return .Parking: The parking lot is very small you will have to find parking on the street .“
