I just love them! The people are so nice! The food is great if you are a WC addict like me. For those needing to convert, try the fish nibblers (WOW!) and the mozzarella sticks.The only thing that amuses us is the tiny desserts on a stick...they are good but tiny!
On 2/15 I placed an order online for pickup at the location. When I arrived the employee said they canceled the order because they are closed. it is 24 hour location not sure how they closed. On 2/16 I placed another order for delivery from this same location the UBER service for delivery that white castle is contracted with the driver said he could not find the address which was a lie and he said he will return the food to white castle.update: Mallory the GM called and spoke...read full review

Melanie was working the drive thru, took our large order, $65. She repeated it back on speaker, again on taking payment and again on giving the food thru the window.
