We asked for a pizza donation and Nola's opened their doors on their day off to prepare pizzas for the event. “First time at Crossroads for Frank Turner last night & it was an awesome experience. I read that their parking lot is small so I arrived early & was relieved to get one of the last spots in the lot & didn't have to look for street parking in an area I'm not familiar with. Staff was super friendly, helpful and attentive. Food was delicious & portions were very generous. The show was amazing - I'm so happy I got to see Frank in such a small & intimate venue. I will definitely return for more shows in the future!!”

“Last month I asked for recommendations for an Indian restaurant that had great vegan dishes. Clove Garden Garwood was highly recommended. I order 4 vegan dishes from their website tonight. I noted I was vegan online. I had also ordered Naan, (which I didn’t know contained dairy.) The owner took the time to call me and let me know it’s not vegan and made us Roti instead. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! Rich, delicious, authentic … best meal I’ve ever had. And the employees were incredibly nice. Looking forward to trying the other vegan dishes next week!! They have a huge selection. If you haven’t tried it yet, I would 100% try their food!!!”

“Easter Sunday byob,sizeable menu.Best plate I've had in a long while.The appetizers ...mini works of art, done to perfection, just like the ones in the picture,lol.Chicken Murphy Xtra peppers, the cherry peppers kicking it up a couple notches, right where you want it in spiciness,makes you slowdown to catch your breath .The desserts? Forget it I was already stuffed.Old school casual Ironbound open dining area ,chill atmosphere,the kids were wonderful they earned their tips.l would definitely bring a date or good friend here . “This review is a bit overdue, but &grain is the best! We had placed a catering order for our store last week and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. We wanted to do a staff lunch for ourselves, but weren't entirely sure what the best approach would be, so I spoke with John and he suggested a few items that were their most popular, which made it so easy.We got the Chipotle Chicken sandwich, Ham & Brie sandwich, Prime Rib sandwich, and the ABLT sandwich-- all of which were incredible. We also ordered an Apple Salad that was otherworldly. The blend of flavors and textures was sublime and we made short work of it.The star of the show, however, was the crookie. Half chocolate chip cookie, half croissant= all delicious. I don't think I can adequately put into words how incredibly tasty it was, especially when heated a bit.Looking for a biz lunch that will satisfy? Look no further than &grain.”

“Clean establishment, easy to fine, well lite sports bar/restaurant. It's more of a burger joint, meeting friends type place. Good pricing, good value. Friendly staff and nice owner. The best value is the prime rib dinner night. Get there early for when ribs are gone. It's over til next week.”

“My husband and I usually get the breakfast box and an extra hash brown and cinnamon iced coffee. The cinnamon bites inside the box are very tasty and this is so affordable for people on the go or just not in the mood for cooking on a weekend or weekday.”
