“We visited the place last Saturday. The cheese bread is fresh but not really the bagels we got. We waited so long ; we found out that my daughter’s order was given to someone else but they did not care to replace it at once. When we asked about our order, that’s the time they rushed to prepare it , in less than five minutes, the sandwich was handed to us. When we were in the car since we’re already late for our next appointment, my daughter found out that the replacement was wrong. She paid for plain bagel with double eggs, bacon, and cheese but she was given with plain bagel with cheese only. They asked for our phone number but did not initiate the call. I hope they will do better in their team work.“

“Ponto de Encontro is a small family-owned Portuguese bakery and deli found in Hillside. As is expected of a Portuguese cafe, they make delicious coffee and espresso. The owner was very friendly and makes you feel warm and welcome! The menu overhead lays out prices and sandwich options, such as the Portuguese breakfast staple, the tosta mista. For baked goods, which are homemade, I noticed that they had pao de deus, bolo de arroz, and pastel de natas. For savory snacks, they have bolinhos de bacalhau (codfish balls) as well as a variety of flavored empanadas and croquettes. I went for an espresso along with a nata and a bolinho de bacalhau. The nata was excellent - a defined crisp crust and the perfect amount of filling and creaminess.“

“The food there prepared by Fernanda is the best. There is not a time that I have eaten there and not been satisfied as long as she is behind the grill. Anything you want to eat she will make even if it's not on the daily menu. I am a vegetarian and she will cater to my dietary needs. The place is so cute, it makes me feel like I'm at home. They start setting up outdoors every spring. Definitely worth checking out.“

“Lightening fast delivery, kid friendly menu options. Staff are very friendly, helping customers order or customize menu items based on our needs. My daughters favorite here is chicken nuggets, and my favorite ones are Hot Fudge and Mc Flurry.“

“Ice tea is better with lemon. Not sure why lemon is now longer available for iced or hot tea. Dunkin must be cheap to eliminate lemon ? for tea. Ill be going to other franchises that offer lemon ? with ice tea. Ice tea without lemon ? is wrong!!!“

“this is honestly one of the nicest dunkin donuts ive ever been to. i love coming here, everyone is always so nice and they always know my order and so pleasant. the coffee is always fresh i come at least twice a day. the manager i believe her name is renita, is so sweet and nice and always accommodating and helpful“

“There food was really good and the server was great but I forgot something in my order and the guy was nice and let me complete it the food was not old it was a nice place and they said "good morning" "have a good day" and stuff like that“
