Food is fresh and seasoned to perfection! Chef is a good guy and loves what he does. Only hesitant to recommend for the fear of patrons buying all the food before i get there! lol jk. (Sort of lol)
I always hoped for an excellent yakatori spot near Hoboken - never would have guessed it would be a dedicated chef working over red hot coals in front of the Starbucks on Newark.
