“I recently visited this place, and I can't rave enough about the fantastic experience! This place is a gem for anyone who loves bubble tea and delicious food.First, the bubble tea selection is outstanding. They offer a wide variety of flavors, from classic milk teas to exotic fruit blends. I tried their Jasmine Honey tea with lychee jelly, and it was perfectly balanced. But what really sets this place apart is their food menu. I had the Ramen noodles (spicy tonkotsu), and it was packed with rich, savory flavors and just the right amount of heat.I'll definitely be coming back to explore more of their menu!“

“The pot stickers had that perfect umami flavor with a crispy exterior. The ramen was nice and creamy and you get large pieces of chicken. The par-boiled egg was the best I've ever had, however they only put a half in your $18 ramen. The service was quick and the restaurant had a dim light atmosphere with quiet a environment.“

“I’ve only ordered takeout here but the gyu don is delicious. I get the lunch special which also includes a roll of your choice and miso soup for a total of $20. Their miso soup is really good, doesn’t taste packaged unlike other places. I’ve also tried their tonkotsu ramen before, it’s good but I’ve had better. Just wish portions are bigger! Service is great!“

“Ottimo ristorante di Ramen (giapponese e non quello "tarocco" o fatto con quello istantaneo del supermercato) che offre anche una fantastica selezione di ravioli. Prezzi tutto sommato accettabili per la media della città e acqua gratuita. Posto piccolo, accogliente, staff cordiale e velocissimo. Porzioni corpose quindi ordinate con cautela o non riuscirete a finire tutto.“

“Great find in Times Square area. Authentic food, delicious Ramen and Tori Tori Don. Everything perfectly cooked. Love the ambience. If you have kids, they will love this place! Very attentive service. The shishito peppers were extremely spicy. Only a couple were edible without discomfort. We're used to shishito peppers from S. California where they tend to be mild and easily eaten as an appetizer. Beware. Otherwise great place. A little pricey, but everything is in the Times Square area!“

“I've heard a lot of good things about ichiran and it's definitely a great solo dining spot! I came here on a Sunday around 5:30pm and there was no line. You order outside and get the food with your receipt once you're seated. Each person gets a little booth. You're quite close to the person next to you so it wasn't as private as I thought it'd be, but still pretty cool! There's only one ramen on the menu (the tonkatsu ramen), but you can customize it with different toppings and flavors. I went with recommended everything and added a soft boiled egg. The soup was pretty flavorful but a bit too salty for me. I was also a bit disappointed that there were only two small pieces of meat. I did really like the texture of the noodles and the egg. I'd say the ramen is on the pricier side ($27 with the egg) even with the no tipping policy.“

“My favorite ramen joint in New York! Go here on a jazz night if you can, because the ambience with the artists is even more incredible. This is my 3rd time here, and while everything is great, I’d specifically recommend: spicy ramen, spicy tsukemen, oysters mp, and mango kakigori. Between the freshly made noodles and flavorful broths, all of the noodle dishes are the perfect cozy meal. I was pleasantly surprised by the oysters, which came with a yuzu mint vinaigrette that added a bright vibrancy to each oyster. Don’t shy away from getting dessert the end! The shaved ice is a great way to end on a refreshing note without feeling bogged down by sugar. Note that this place fills up quick, so reserve in advance or come early to beat the wait. “Nice calm place in West Village without all the pretentiousness. Although located sub level the place is spacious and well aired, in fact much better than many joints in Manhattan. The ramen was excellent, real tokyo style. Price was fair considering the big portions.Wheelchair accessibility: Not possible. Only stairs.“

“Pretty good! Ordered delivery - the mackerel rice bowl and shoyu chicken ramen. The food did not arrive at all hot, but it could have been on the delivery person making too many stops. The ramen broth had great flavor without being too salty, and the noodles had a really good texture. The toppings were lackluster. The mackerel itself again was awesome, but the bowl just came with some plain rice and a somewhat sad salad. The bowl overall could have used more flavor.“

“This place is extremely small, but we were able to get a last minute reservation for an early dinner this Saturday. It exceeded my husband and my expectations. Everyone raved about the scotch egg, but it was probably our least favorite (still delicious) out of everything we ordered. We ordered the kalbi Mandu, scotch egg, tteokbokki, salmon jang, and the japaguri. Overall, our favorites were the tteokboki and the japaguri, but everything was delicious! We also tried a trio of kimchi, with the seasonal being Asian pear — so impressive and refreshing. Modern takes on Korean dishes that were texturally interesting and extremely flavorful. The portions were larger than expected as well for the price. Wonderful dining experience, and we will definitely come back.“

Chicken karage was standard. Veggie ramen--excellent broth. Ample seating and cozy environment overall; solid service. No complaints and would return.“

“I was in New York City to visit my parents in January 2024. Obviously, I then had to meet up with close friends that I don't normally get to see every day. One of my foodie friends and I decided to meet up. We always try to go to a new place that we both haven't tried - and we ended up here at Suzuki Shokudo. I tried the following: - Takoyaki (Octopus Balls) - Salmon Chirashi Dinner - Uni Sashimi My friend ordered an entree and also tried their Blue Fin Tuna. All of the food was delicious and super fresh. Service, food, and ambiance were authentically Japanese! Definitely worth a trip if you're in the Long Island City / Queens area. My friend ordered extra food for dinner for her boyfriend. My friend and her boyfriend went back to eat there a week later. NOM NOM NOM. ENJOY!!“

“Revisited Rai Rai Ken and what I thought could not be improved upon suprised me by getting even better. Here is a totally authentic place with amazing food, presented beautifully and quickly, in an atmosphere both serious and fun. Looking around me, people on happy first dates sipped sake and smiled, young , well dressed students discussed something fervently, all the tables were taken and laden with steaming, enticing, dinners, and my friend and I were really happy too. I guess in the end, maybe I was too full . Next time, I will try for a little restraint! But I will eat my pudding anyway, you can be sure.“

“Went during a quieter Saturday when about 50-60% of the tables were full. Tonkatsu taken broth was rich and creamy, noodles were chewy, and the salmon ikura bowl was refreshing.Easy service, clean bathroom, simple and well put together dining area.Only note is that ramen's noodle to broth ratio could use more broth.“

“Located right in the center of busy Austin Street, this gem was a great choice for delicious and filling ramen at very affordable prices. Before you enter, you'll find yourself staring at the wooden, cozy storefront that screams "comfort food". To start off, we had the kara-age and takoyaki which were good with a drizzle of lemon. However, the main star was my kara miso ramen with pork, which had a hearty miso soup base with a dab of spice sauce. There are also non-pork options such as the seafood yaki bowl, which my friend had. Despite the full house on a friday evening, the service was great and very attentive. We left with a full stomach and a warm soul. Highly recommend :)“

“Felt like ramen, so went here. Good decision! My wife said yes, looks like a Shinjuku restaurant. A bit lively, but not too loud. Service was good, server seemed kind of new, but did good. Food was good and typical of small Japanese restaurant.“

“Went there for lunch with four others. Wr call the Donburi but different types. The apps were the usual Edamame (can't mess this up) and some tasty pan fried Gyoza. We all enjoyed our Donburi and finished them but I thought it was kind of bland so really 3.5 on the food.“

“Amazing little ramen spot on smith st. The place is super cozy and the staff is friendly and very attentive.Besides ramen, they do serve delicious dumplings. Each order consists of 5 dumplings with chef’s special sauce. There are 5 different sauces available and each one will hit your pallet in a different way.Restaurant has a limited selection of alcoholic including a handful of craft beers.Give this place a try next time you are in the area.“
“Nestled in NYC's Upper East Side, Me Jin Ramen delivered authentic Japanese flavors. The cozy ambiance and welcoming staff set the stage for a memorable dining experience. I had the Meijin Miso Ramen and ate the whole thing. The broth, simmered to perfection, harmonizes with the chewy, house-made noodles and exquisite toppings like tender beef, bean sprouts, green onions and sweet corn. As a local, I treasure Meijin Ramen for its consistently exceptional quality and comforting atmosphere. For a taste of Japan in the heart of NYC, Meijin Ramen is an absolute must-visit.“

“What a fun place! I learned about Zutto through a Yelp Elite event that catered some small bites from this restaurant, and so I had to come back for more! After meeting the marketing manager, Cindy, I was really excited to see what more flavors I could experience. I came with two other Yelpers and we got a lot to try Starting with the appetizers, we got the wasabi bites, crispy tuna, and Karaage chicken. The wasabi bites were a nice level of spice. I think they actually used real wasabi as well since it tasted a bit sweet actually and not such a strong spice kick like the fake wasabi that is usually used in restaurants (the ones that are super spicy and look abnormally green). The next one was the crispy tuna and I loved the crispiness and crunch that I almost forgot about the tuna inside! My favorite though, had to be the Karaage chicken. I had a taste of it at the Yelp event but having it again, freshly made, was even better. The batter wasn't too thick and the skin was so nicely fried yet somehow retained the juiciness of the chicken. Not to mention it was a large chicken! And did I mention you can order a free appetizer if you use their stamp card? Be sure to ask them about it! I also ordered the Zutto Pork Belly buns and I enjoyed them. I thought it had an interesting sauce on it but I wish they added more of the herbs in the bun. Some cilantro would have brightened it up a bit in my opinion. The pork belly itself was large and juicy so it was a great bun put together. I was expecting it to be darker and a heavier braise but perhaps this is a different style than what I know, but either way - yum! My favorite part about it was the crushed peanuts, it gives it such a nice contrast of flavors and textures in my opinion. Now of course I had to get a bowl of ramen. I went with a classic Tonkatsu ramen and it was a good bowl. My one gripe was that it didn't come with an egg and that it actually was a separate add on. I thought that was surprising since usually it's an expected ingredient in a ramen. Other than that, I thought it was a decent bowl of ramen. I liked the broth the noodles as well. If I had to choose a favorite, it would really be the Karaage and the crispy tuna bites. I wished I had ordered more appetizers to try more but next time I return, I can explore more of their menu! Thank you Cindy for a wonderful experience!“

“I was super excited to finally grab some Tenmomi! This spot is a ghost kitchen so it's pick up only! Also be aware to get your orders in early cause he sells out! I got some porky buns and the Ube sesame ramen. The bao buns were super soft, filled with tender pork and pickles that added a nice texture and acid to balance the fattiness of the pork ! Then comes a super unique blend of Filipino-japanese ramen. The fried thighs on top might have been some of the best fried chicken I have had in a while! The Ube sesame noodles were unlike anything I have had, slightly sweet, earthy, with a great chew. Overall 2 great dishes and I am excited to see what the future holds for Tenmomi!“

“Let me tell you I had a wonderful experience here! My brother and I walked literally all of hoboken to get here and it was so worth it! I had my tiny maltese with me and they were so accommodating! The owners were so friendly and kind to us even letting us sit inside once it started raining a bit. Not too far inside just like away from the rain and we all had such nice conversations ?They made us feel so welcome and really made sure we had everything we needed!I think the gentleman's name was George or Jorge who took care of us he was so nice I hope they give him a raise he even recommended some local ice cream! So friendly and helpful and just such a nice guy I love how kind he was to us man there isn't good service these days it's nice to have people be nice and just talk to us!Now the food was absolutely delicious ? we had the ramen and it was so amazing the pork had a smokey taste to it and it is so much food my brother couldn't finish his and I forced myself to finish it and I was full all day my belly was huge! 10/10 best ramen I've ever had I cant wait to go back ? I feel like I've found my little spot. I can't wait to try other items on the menu but honestly just the vibe was so friendly and nice it was enough to get me out the house and worth the walk from the lightrail!“
