“The food was really good and so fresh and hot upon service. We order escargot (my first time) the romaine salad, the Parmesan gourges for apps and the short rib gnocchi and fluke as mains. Everything was delish. The ambience was great I just wish the music weren't as loud.“

“This place has just the right ambiance. It can be relaxing for close friends/ family or romantic for a date. The service felt like fine dining while the space felt unfussy and welcoming. Even the seat was quite comfortable. The food is great but not exceptional, and the one cocktail I tried was mediocre.“
“A friend of mine and I got together to get drinks at this hideway speakeasy vibe, cocktail bar. It is located inside the Better Days Eatery downstairs. When I walked in, it was dimly lit and super cute. I loved the vibe! We had a great bartender named Eliel, and he was great! We started with the vesper martini and the French 75. The Vesper was so good and my friend enjoyed her French 75. My friend ordered the Crab and Chorizo Croquettes and Truffle fries, which she enjoyed. Later, a DJ came, and he was good. We had a really good time at this spot!“
“I love this place! Good music, Good vibes, it very chill and laid back in here if your into that. No entry fee. Great service! I don't know if it's the same Dj every time, but the Dj that was there the night I went was amazing. Throwbacks and current songs all perfectly mixed together! They even had a Christmas theme going on when I went. It's a great place with great music and drinks without all the chaos. Mixed demographic and everyone is nice and seems to get along. Will be back.“

“Best ramen in Jersey! We always get the vegan ramen with an umami bomb. The tofu somehow stays perfectly firm in the soup. Staff is always friendly even when they are extremely busy, which can be often. The neon lights are fun without being overstimulating. This is a great date spot :)“

“Fox & Crow is the premiere Listening Venue in Jersey City. The music room is small, like a local jazz club from back in the day (think Coltrane or Monk at the 5 Spot), but that gives it a focused vibe and electric intimacy that you can't get anywhere else in JC at this time.“

“My husband and I came across this restaurant while driving through Jersey City looking for a totally different restaurant. We had another event planned so we did a reservation instead of walking in. While at the restaurant we were greeted by the host ASAP and the servers were very attentive. The food was Amazing and the ambiance was Great!!“

“Journal Square is a large Path Train Station. It’s clean and has very frequent service to the World Trade Center and 33rd St. The station was built by blasting through rock. So you can see some rock formations at the station. My experience at this station is very good.“

“Best part - service & kitchen open until late, we had full dinner close to 11 PM on Easter weekend. Good portions, draft beer & cocktails. They also have a big list of whiskey - a separate menu addition.Tried: chicken fingers (very good), Bangers & Mash (excellent), Deli Style Ruben ( good). Washed with Guinness Stout & Snake Bite.Suggestions: Bangers & Mash is a must, add preferred whiskey or Snake Bite“

“The brisket fries were top shelf! Highly recommended. Good beer selection and overall fantastic atmosphere. I did not have a cocktail but the ones that came out looked great. The collard greens were done really well with plenty of pork fat and nice and acidity. The Brisket on my mac and cheese was well smoked. The only part of the dish that didn't wow was the mac itself - just a little too heavy on the cheese, still great flavor but pretty thick. Probably not an issue for anyone, but if the sauce had been a little thinner I think it would have been perfect for me. Well done, will definitely be back.“
