“Went at lunch time. Definitely a local dive bar. Food prices were pretty reasonable for a shore town bar. Beer selection was pretty good with 15 beers on tap. Parking looks like it could be an issue later at night. Has pool tables and a number of tV’s. Food is basic bar food. Bartender was courteous and efficient.“

“A really amazing experience! Last week I brought 8 teens to the Grille and one had severe food allergies. The staff and owners were amazingly kind, patient, knowledgeable and understanding about food allergies. They went above and beyond to make our lunch a success. On top of that, the food was excellent and prices unbelievably reasonable. Five stars plus!!!“

“Stopped to pick up some breakfast sandwiches for the ride home. What caught our eye was driving by say their sign "Best Bagels at the Jersey Shore". While I don't know if that's true or not, it was a damn fine breakfast sandwich on a sesame bagel. Only minor nits are we asked for toasted well done and neither bagel was. Also, add Scapple to your breakfast meat selection!“

“Stella is a BYOB gem! Every time we eat there we have nothing but superlatives to say about our dinners. Our meal last night was eggplant parmigiana for me and short ribs for my wife. We ate every bit. Dessert was warm Apple pie with ice cream. Our servers were happy and courteous and the check, as usual, was reasonable. I can recommend Stella without any hesitation.“

“My partner and I came in on a chilly April Sunday to hear what the buzz is about over at Nauti Donuts. The decor and theme of the shop is adorable, and the staff was super friendly. There was someone being trained at the counter and the person training her was incredibly kind, which stuck out to us. The donuts themselves were run of the mill made-to-order cake donuts, which tasted good but not great. The coffee wasn't my favorite, but it wasn't bad. Overall, great experience, good donuts.“

“Had the Cape May Always Ready on draft. They serve it in a frosted glass, my god that was good. To eat I had the gochujang chicken sandwich, which was great. The fries are the best fries I’ve ever had. The bar tenders are very friendly as well.“

“We stopped in on a Sunday mid-February after visiting the Absecon lighthouse and had an enjoyable time. The concept here is very cool. I can’t believe I didn’t get any pics of the beer but they were good. We had small pours of mostly saisions - a couple I preferred more than the others. The bartenders were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was easy going. No food - not sure if they allow you to bring any in or not. Parking was easy.“

“We had a wonderful experience at Velo Cafe today! As a party of 7 we were still able to be seated with only a short wait. The cafe is quaint and very nicely decorated and a nice atmosphere. Our server Trinity and all of the staff were so kind and attentive. Our food came out fast and everyone loved their meal. We were celebrating a birthday and they allowed us to bring in a cake. We will make this a regular stop when we visit from now on. Thank you Velo Cafe!“

“I always pass by the Custard Hut and finally decided to give it a try. I ordered the birthday cake sundae. Service was quick, and there is a decent amount of seating here. The cake itself in the sundae was okay, but the soft serve ice cream itself was very good. I'll be back to try more!“

“We tried the new location in Brigantine. Ice cream was very creamy and delicious. Service was quick. My two notes: 1) I ordered the salted caramel pretzel. my ice cream only had 1 pretzel towards bottom of serving. I suggest crushing pretzel into smaller pieces so they are spread out. this would make sure every customer gets pretzels in their serving. 2) menu with different items on each wall makes it difficult to order having to look back and forth between walls for flavors or sundae options.“

“I've never seen a brewery fill up on a Wednesday at 4:00 pm so fast! This place is amazing. The beers are excellent and the service even better. We arrived right as they opened at 4:01 and everyone in our party of 6 was able to find a beer they loved (quite a challenge for this group). My personal favorites were the tropical stout and grapefruit Hefeweizen.“

“I love this place. Unfortunately it is seasonal here though. It's basically a counter and your order to go. There are a few boardwalk benches where you can eat or take it back to where you're staying. They have all types of flavors and options for funnel cakes. I've only tried a few but hopefully I'll get a chance to try them all. Awesome spot!“

“If you are looking for seafood while in Atlantic City, this is the place to go. It is not a, get dressed up and date night type of seafood restaurant. It is small, locally owned, super fresh, and incredibly affordable. We totally loved our experience there and even got to meet PJ himself! They have the best muscles I have ever eaten. I had got a boil that had lots of different seafood in it, but ended up ordering more muscles because they were so good. I totally recommend checking out this place.“

“The Fractured Prune has been a family favorite for yeeeears. Every vacation to Ocean City (when it's open), we make a stop at "The Prune". We definitely miss the West Ave./34th St. location which was much larger with indoor seating, more outdoor seating, and a parking lot. But we'll take these delicious donuts any way we can! So many options of toppings to choose from. The donuts come out fresh and perfect- warm and soft on the inside and a little crispy on the outside. Just make sure you pay the meters for parking, even if you're making a quick stop! We learned the hard way that the meter maids on Asbury are sneaky quick!“

“Cute little coffee shop on the outskirts of AC, we stopped by here on our way out from the casinos the night before. They didn't have a menu up at the time I came, but I was able to see most of their specials here on yelp and the owner was very kind and said she could make anything I requested. I went with the Dirty Banana latte I saw online and it met expectations. The banana taste was not artificial and the coffee was strong. Their flavors all seem very interesting and I'd love to come back to try them!“

“So many visitors to Atlantic City come to this block to visit White House Subs and miss out on the actual best landmark on the block that is Formica Bros Bakery right across the street. The bakery that creates the bread which is the real star of those famous sandwiches. Everything i have ever gotten from this tiny cafe and bakery is outstanding including the bread, pastries and baked goods and chocolate covered delights as well as their cannolis and tomato pie slices. The tomato pie actually deserves its own sentence to acknowledge how great it is; the bread and crust have a great crunch consistency and chew in all the right places and the sauce is exceptionally well balanced no too sweet and not too tart. just right and rivals any u will find in Philly or South Jersey. I also enjoy and the different sweet bread breakfast loaves and muffins. They also have several cakes that i have never tried but based on all my other experiences would no think twice about getting if need for a special occasion. Lastly I must say they make some of the best non chain store coffees, espressos and lattes i have ever had anywhere in the country and are a must pickup whenever i am driving by and need a quick pick me up for the ride home to PA. The staff is extra friendly and quick to help u pick the best item for your needs. And for such a small store it is incredibly comfortable, clean and well laid out to fit a whole lot of food and a few tables looking out onto Arctic Ave. Love these old authentic independent stores and will always be a visitor as long as we both are around.“

“Been going for years great service great ice cream but portions are not consistent. You pay 10.00 and the portions don’t equal what you are paying sometimes. Some staff does it right some staff doesn’t. So then it make you not want to go back. But overall delicious ice cream!!!“

“This is one of the best ice cream places in Ocean City. They use Hershey's ice cream but in my opinion it's the best in town. There are many flavors and combos to chose from. The outdoor seating area is small but well themed. Highly recommended.“

“Apparently nobody there tonight is capable of taking a takeout order I said I want the ribeye steak dinner then I got asked if I wanted to Delmonico steak sandwich I said no I want the ribeye steak dinner and on and on we we go like we have no idea what's on the menu I asked for the the house salad Caesar dressing on the side I get asked if I want five different other kinds of salads! Not only once but twice cuz I hung up and called back and the next person that took my order did the same exact thing was actually a little worse I mean what are they doing watching Facebook on their cell phone while they're taking the order I don't know but I sure as hell wasn't going to order my food from there after that I'm not cutting on Back Bay a house the food's great I never ate in there or stayed in there I always get take out and I usually get it during the day and I never have a problem tonight I don't know who's working there it must be monkeys! Actually you know what that's probably an insult to monkeys...“

“I've been coming here for a while now and I'm always impressed. The food and pastries are the BEST and they often offer gluten/free and vegan options.The coffee is always delicious and they have unique add-ins (ghee, bee pollen, turmeric honey).Some of my favorite pastries include the morning cookie, lavender shortbread, and Hungarian shortbread... but literally everything is good and fresh.It gets super crowded during tourist season and parking can be impossible, so it's a good idea to go in early. Alternatively, come with a sacrificial friend and force them to drive around the block until you're done ordering.“

“Stopped by Pure Green just before closing for a super late lunch and it didn't disappoint. My Mixed Berry Acai bowl hit the spot. It wasn't overly sweet and was topped with just the right amount of fresh blueberries and strawberries. Also enjoyed the chunks of hemp granola. I also tried some of the Tropical BreeE smoothie, which was really refreshing. You could taste the mango and pineapple, as well as the orange juice. If you're looking for a smoothie without whey, this is a good option.“

“Great service, friendly workers. We drooled while we watched them make our chicken pesto panini and Reuben sandwiches. They told us to let them know what we think. I said, "How do you make these sandwiches look so good and not steal a bite?" They tasted as great as they looked. Big portions, great flavors, fresh ingredients. “They had boards games and chess boards , they also had on display a local black author which you could read and also purchase , my drink was delicious despite me ordering the drink cold when I think the barista shoulda maybe suggested I get it hot , it’s was a rapseberry dark chocolate mocha and it was devious mocha , the raspberry powder in the cold drink doesn’t really mix as I would suppose it would have in hot drink , I think it was freeze dry raspberry , I got it cold because it a bit sunny that morning , wouldn’t have mind the barista making a suggestion“

“Definitely purchase the bucket for $12, then the refills are 1/2 priced. So good, we got at least 1 bucket a day between 6 of us. A reviewer was right, they are kind of a hybrid between a steak and crinkle cut fries. They are good with both vinegar and ketchup.“

“Beautiful spot! Had the vanilla coconut caramel latte with an extra shot of espresso, and it was hands down one of the best coffees I’ve had in a while. Really sweet and helpful girl working behind the counter too. They have sandwiches and pastries here also, but the coffee and flavor menu are insane. So many delicious options. Beautiful mugs and other souvenirs, good seating available here too. You can see the staff through the rear window working on packaging other things, pretty cool. My Google reviews are rated top 1% in this side of the country, about to hit 20 million views. I also owned a restaurant and two other customer service based businesses currently with a combined 500/600 5 star reviews. So for anyone reading the reviews, the people leaving one stars here are the types that should be staying home and making their coffee themselves! Coffee is just one of those things that yeah, I get and understand if you’re particular…but if you want to be thattttt picky, not to mention pick a busy day at a spot like this where you could tell that they were just trying to get you what you asked and get you on your way- just stay home and make your own coffee instead! the staff at this location is definitely the type who would fix an issue with a cup of coffee and not bat an eye. So for those people saying they had bad coffee and bad customer service here, they were probably just the impatient people coming in on a busy day and got frustrated with that. Like I said, I write reviews all the time for small businesses, and see other peoples reviews as well, and checkout their accounts and past reviews!! You can often tell some of these people leaving the one-star reviews only have a Google account to write businesses bad reviews, because they’re just the impatient type who never worked in the customer service or food industry before!!! Very easy to spot. Trust me when I tell you, this is a great business with an awesome staff and quality product. Thanks guys!!“

“Place was hard to find but well worth it, there were almost 10 restaurant concepts in one place. You can order in a kiosk from all the different restaurants and they prepare it and bring it to your table. The server/ business owner is amazing and I will definitely be back. “I was visiting friends and one offered to take me to Sirens as I understand it's now converted to a member club. I literally had no idea what to expect. I left very pleased and planting the seed with my friend to bring me back on my next trip. It really sneaks up on you but the water setting is ideal. I had a nice Mediterranean Seafood salad. Steel drum music was very island like and staff was very friendly. I think it's a real gem!“

If you can't decide, they offer a bento box that has a wonderful selection. It's a great choice if you want a taste of everything . I highly recommend Yama.Parking: Parking is easy off season. One thing that stood out here was that the home fries came with some seasoning instead of just being completely bland like everywhere else. The food was great along with the staff.
