They have to change something urgently. I visited them during Mother's Day and May 5th. Their food is delicious and their margaritas are spectacular. But on both occasions I had to see how the manager spoke disrespectfully to 2 of his waiters (one of them was a woman) what kind of cretin treats his workers like that. They should fix that or change it, it damages the whole nice image the place has, the waiters provide exceptional service, that guy shouldn't treat them like that.0 stars for that

We recently came to Lolita's in North Bergen to celebrate Mother's Day with a nice dinner, but was disappointed with the service despite enjoying the food. Our waiter was inattentive, unfriendly, and didn’t show attention to our needs. To make matters worse, he accidentally bumped into my boyfriend's back and didn't apologize or show any concern. The food was good, but the poor service overshadowed our dining experience. It was a disappointing experience, especially on such occasion like Mother's Day weekend. Hopefully, they'll work on improving their customer service to match the quality of their food.

Not recommended at all, bad service, the margaritas are lemon juice, as they put tequila and it doesn't taste like anything, they take a long time to be served. I would not return and much less recommend it.

Very disappointed! My daughter organized a lovely party for Cinco de Mayo and to celebrate her release from the hospital. She made a reservation on 4/22 and instead of canceling it the next day they waited until 5/2 to cancel her reservation. Making it too late to find another restaurant. My daughter was so excited to come here as she had been here before and often raved abt it as we headed to her hospital. But their selfishness ruined a lovely event and let down a very sick girl. They didn't honor her reservation or offer anything for canceling on her. We can't even go and wait for a table bc we're coming an hour away with 8 ppl and we can't wait bc she has cancer and can't stand for too long.Shame on this restaurant and the selfish manager. Also to the girl who answered the phone, check your attitude you never know who you're speaking too

I made a reservation with a week's notice and they canceled it a few days before the date of the reservation because they decided last minute to not take reservations for that date. Our group was coming from an hour away and now we have to cancel our celebration. Super shameful to ruin a lovely celebration for a cancer patient.

Not a place for vegetarians. Even our friend who ordered a goat/lamb dish was extremely unhappy . The limited vegetarian menu was average at best . Caution if you are driving , you shell out an extra $25 for valet parking . Lucky if you are able to find parking by yourself. To top it all I had an upset stomach from the food I ate.

My drink tasted like it had 100% alcohol supposedly the greatest old-fashioned negative and the valet ruined my remote start and no one has gotten back to me been calling since
