Very good option for desserts and some other baked goods. The prices are high for the quantity and ingredients.... But people are used to paying for a treat like what is sold here. Monday is beautiful, fresh, clean and welcoming. The attention is good! They should just review the prices and lower them a little and maybe then they will have many more customers and earn more from volume sales than from one-to-one sales.

5⭐ -> 3⭐Seems like they downsized their acai bowl portions ? or at the very least the cylinder shaped container allows for less toppings compared to the previous bowl shaped container. The acai itself doesn't taste as good as it used to either.

Called to order a gluten free bagel with egg and cheese and was told I could not order that specific bagel with egg and cheese. No explanation. I asked for the gluten free bagel with an egg on the side. Was also told no without explanation. Ok so I ordered the gluten free bagel and a regular bagel with egg and cheese but can you put the egg in the side. I'm thinking I'll give away the bagel and put the egg on the gluten free bagel. Told me to hold on and came back on the phone and was also told no they can't do that either. Instructions from the manager Esme. The one star is for management and their lack of professionalism and courtesy. They sell all those items I just couldn't have it. Shakes and food are good the review is only for those working there. So no breakfast for me. Thanks
I love this place, if you want a place to relax this is the best place, everything es fresh and healthy, the coffee is super good in consistency and flavor, the sandwiches are soft and crispy at the same time, the service is 100/10 super good, the girls are super nice and friendly, always smiling ☺️ and with the best attitude.
The substandard customer service I experienced upon arrival, coupled with the exorbitant and increasing prices of the poorly served food, is unacceptable and does not align with the expected standards of the food industry. The staff appeared more interested in giving attitude, rather than delivering quality customer service, which is concerning. The replacement food substitute was charged at a high price, and the portion of food served was inadequate, particularly given the exorbitant cost of the meal. It is unclear which was worse, the meal or the customer service provided. The food industry should not have to sacrifice quality to maintain high prices and poor customer service. I urge a reassessment of the current mission and values, along with a review of employee standards and training.
