“Having grown up just a couple of blocks from Positively, I would have been in this place every day if it was around back then. It has a nostalgic feel that’s very comforting. Very fitting name! Great, relaxing, quiet atmosphere with a hint of some Grateful Dead jams playing in the distance. I love all of the plants and artwork. Great friendly service and delicious coffee too. Didn’t eat anything this time but I’ll be back.“

“First time coming across this gem. Came in as they were closing, grabbed a slice of cheesecake & cannoli. Both were phenomenal!!! As may girlfriend and I were outside eating our desserts, the man (I’m assuming the owner, I didn’t catch his name)was closing up shop and gave us a loaf of seeded bread, which was also terrific.. What a wonderful gesture. I can’t wait to go back the next time I’m in OC, they’ve gained a customer for life.“

“Mallon's is the best. Just dont care for when I ask for a box for my sticky buns, they bag them. They say they stay fresher longer, which I agree but I ask for a box for a reason and they totally disregard my request..I'm the customer and should get what I want.“

“Mallon's Sticky Buns are delicious! They are baked perfectly. The caramel like sauce all over and in between. Just the right amount of raisins and nuts. Mine arrived in two days. Sometimes they are still warm when they arrive but they are, always, packed very well. If you happen to be in NJ where their stores are when you walk in the staff is very nice, the store is very clean and the smells of the sticky buns, crumb cakes, donuts are heavenly. I wrapped the left overs in wax paper. I have found they taste the best when reheated in the microwave and don't forget the butter. Enjoy!“

The flavors are the best as well as the quality! Highly recommend coming by Dots if you’re in town. It’s a childhood memory to come here with my family and get some sweet treats.“

The Auntie Anne's website has the hours for this location swapped with the store farther up the boardwalk. He took great measures to explain what was going on and took steps to get us what we needed.
