I cannot give enough praise to this place and the excellent customer service I experienced over the weekend. We almost had to cancel a 15+ birthday celebration due to a miscommunication on my end, and being unaware of how to book for karaoke being that this was my first time attending. The manager who I spoke to on the phone was so informative on the process and helped us out so much in able to get in that night and have an amazing celebration. It was a wonderful experience. Although we drove 4 hours to arrive, it was definitely worth it. We arrived at 8:30 p.m. with 2 students, but all the staff were so kind, and we were immediately let in. We could find every song we wanted, including all the newest kpop songs, and the food was good. Definitely recommend this karaoke!

I LOVEDDD IT HERE. Came for my birthday and they were very nice. First thing I noticed is that they clean and mop between guests in the room.1. The more people you bring the better! It’s $60/hr so more people helps you to spend less when dividing that price. It was 5 of us so it was $24 before taxes2. Pay attention to the timer!
